The Sentra is the perfect car for my needs and the monthly payment fits nicely in my budget. I… could not have asked for more from Greg or the loan officer. by crisnoh on 05/09/2011updated 04/25/2025Our experience with this dealership started out ok. The salesman we were working with was friendly and made us feel comfortable about buying there. The staff stayed open a little late to give us time to consider their offer and fill out… paperwork. It was not until the sales manager got involved that things started going downhill. He was pushy and condescending. He stretched the truth at time and outright lied to us at others. When, because of the research we had done, we were able to call him on his dishonesty he played dumb and attempted to redirect the conversation. When we ultimately decided to take our business to another dealership with a better offer the sales manager stormed out after us and actually started *yelling* at us. We were shocked as we drove away by his disrespect and petulance. Later he called, again playing dumb and downplaying his misbehavior, and never actually apologizing.Great dealership!

Also, Dennis went above and beyond what most car salesman do. He went over every feature in the vehicle.… Gave me my first oil change free and continues to call to follow up with me on my Sentra.Warning Dealer maybe deceptive
by jrh7 on 12/31/2011updated 04/25/2025I requested the dealer to call me at a specific time, the manager called at the time requested. I asked if that specific used vehicle was still in stock, so as not to waste my time, the manager said that she would have a sales rep.… physically touch the vehicle to confirm that it was in-stock. The manager called me back within thirty minutes to confirm that the vehicle was in stock. I made the trip to purchase the vehicle, and when I get there a sales rep takes me the new vehicle section of the lot, instead of the used section. Later he stated he wasnt aware that they had the used vehicle I was looking to purchase. Come to find out the vehicle was supposedly transferred to another one of their dealerships the day before and was sold before the manager called me. I dont know if Antwerpen Nissan was initially being deceptive or it was a ploy to get me in the door to make another sale, but regardless I was wronged. I understand that computer systems might not be up to date and that mistakes happen, but it is another thing when the vehicle is supposed to be physically checked to be in stock. Another odd excuse or deception of why the vehicle wasn't identify as sold, was because it was sold under a different stock number?? From my experience stock numbers normally dont change within businesses units. Ultimately I ended up wasting 4 hours of my time and money to travel there JasonExcellent

The salesman Mike H. was knowledgeable and attentive. A nice surprise was the oil change package for only 200 bucks.… I have been in for two oil changes so far. At first I did not believe that the oil changes would be free-free for life with this package, but so far so good. The people in the service area are friendly and accomodating as well. Overall, very-very pleased with my experience at Antwerpen Nissan Clarksville.Greg F.

They didn't have a lot of used cars to choose from but the ones they had were nice and most were in my budget. I decided on a 2009 Nissan Sentra and I am very happy with it. I checked online… before I came and they have really good prices on all of their cars. There was no BS either. I went to another dealer before I went to Antwerpen Nissan and they played games with the prices charging extra fees on top of the internet price. I was very happy with these guys at Antwerpen Nissan. They did exactly what they said they would do and they were friendly and professional. I will be leaving a review for that other dealer next.
