by KF Maryland on 03/01/2025updated 03/10/2025I just leased a new Honda Prologue and I shopped around and around and I found the best deal and dealership 50 miles from my home in Anderson Honda. Even though I have a Honda dealership 2 miles from my home, the experience with Anderson… was night and day from my local dealership. My salesperson Nikki was perfect and the experience with working with her was simple, fun, seamless and super quick. She got me the best deal out there and when it was time to pick up my new SUV I was amazed at how quick and enjoyable (not a word you see used a lot in car dealerships) the process was. I worked with Dustin, the financial manager and after buying so many cars over the years, working with Dustin was the best and quickest I have ever had. After the very fast paperwork, Nikki took me out to the car and walked me through everything on how to use it, as an EV it was a little different and then she quickly got me signed up with Hondalink and I was off in my new car which is amazing btw. So the bottom line is I obviously recommend them and when I buy my next Honda I will be driving 50 miles up the road again for another great experience.Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us! Premier Dealership!
by Christina on 07/28/2024Wonderful experience! I bought my previous car, a Honda Civic, over ten years ago so I was nervous coming in and buying a new HR-V. Jim was very responsive when I initially reached out online. I love that I didn’t have to be on the phone… during the whole process. I was able to communicate via email and text. It made things so much easier. I scheduled an appointment to get my car appraised and check out the car I wanted. It was such a quick and painless process. Jim was knowledgeable and patient! They didn’t have the color I wanted and I was willing to wait, but less than a week later I got a text that it was shipped to the dealership and ready. So awesome. The whole process was only a few hours (trading in, approving my insurance, financing, learning about the car, etc.). Eric filed all of the paperwork quickly and Dustin helped out with my financing needs and it wasn’t at all stressful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me great recommendations for Honda Service. I am absolutely in love with my HR-V and will keep it for many years to come. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Come to find out my mother and her family have purchased cars from Anderson for many years, all the way back to the original “AD” Anderson. Her grandfather and father had both purchased cars from here. Then her back the 00’s and now I have made a purchase. I know I’m buying with confidence and feel great in my new car. The process was easy and I didn't feel pressured to make any… purchases. While awaiting the arrival of my vehicle, I was updated and Chris contacted me to see if I was interested in any other vehicles that were coming in. On the day my vehicle arrived, Chris called me within minutes and made arrangements for me to come in a nd complete my purchase. He went over all of the features in the vehicle for me and helped me set up Apple Car Play. Our initial internet experience was also good. The first car that caught my eye when I searched was from… Anderson Honda and over the next couple of days, I kept going back to it. That ended up being the truck we purchased. Even our interaction with the finance person, Izzy Gayles, was very positive.
