    Thank you Kathy and staff for installing the fog lights on my HR-V. They look awesome and what a difference in the morning driving to work. So far everyone I'll dealt with at O'Donnell Honda has been professional and treats me like I'm the only person there. Thanks again

    While it was not the fastest service, it was very customer service oriented, and being a dealership it was great competitive pricing to Mr. Tire, Jiffy Lube, etc.

    If your looking for a salesmen who isnt just worried about getting you in and out the door as fast as possible then Shayne Wilson is the guy to see at O'Donnell. My girlfriend and I first tested out the new 2017 Crv in December when they arrived as her parents were in town from out the country. Shayne knew I wasnt going to buy the car then, but went over all the features and options and told us to take as long as we wanted for the test drive. He periodically checked in with me but wasnt aggressive at all. His patience paid off as we just bought a brand new 2017 Crv Touring last week that had to be ordered in from production. Was great to get a text from him letting me know that the car was in early and what time would work best for me to come get the car. We came after work at 7pm and were driving the car off the lot in about an hour!

    I had a great experience. I was connected to Alex online. He was great. He explained everything about the car thoroughly the day I went to test drive it. I loved it,paid a deposit and went back the next day to purchase it. Alex went over all the details on car again so I understood everything. I have been back once with a concern I had, that wasn't really a problem, and he was very nice about it. I would definitely go back to O'Donnell and Alex if I was to purchase another Honda. Would refer family and friends also.

    I absolutely love the service, professionalism, knowledge, and assistance I receive from O'Donnell Honda. I have been bringing my 2008 Honda Accord Coupe to O'Donnell Honda since I bought it in 2011. There haven't been any major issues with my car just oil changes, tires, mileage maintenance, etc. but everything is always explained to me in detail as they work with me too keep my car in pristine running condition. I love everything about my experience at O'Donnell Honda and when YOU go ask for my FAVORITE service guru Stephen Larkins.

    Sam Chads worked with me to make sure I was perfectly happy with my choice. Although it took me 4 hours to finish the deal (had to wait awhile for finance) I was very satisfied. Sam was able to get my 2012 CRV detailed while I was buying the new one. I was giving the 2012 to my son and wanted it to be pristine. I am a happy customer.

    My Honda CR-V's maintenance minder came on in mid-July (2017) with an A13 code. That meant an engine oil and filter change, a tire rotation and a transmission and filter change. I called about a price (excluding tire rotation as I have it done for free at NTB). The adviser gave me the prices and asked if I had ever had the rear differential fluid and the brake fluid changed. I was surprised about the brake fluid change requirement (but it is in the manual). Also, maintenance minder code 6 for differential fluid change had never came on. I finally decided to have all those fluids and filters changed and was "rewarded" with a discount. This is the second time that I have used O'Donnell Honda for service, but I think I will be continuing to use them in the future. Thanks for the quick, courteous service and the discount!

    I took our New Honda CRV in for the first service and was very impressed. The service writer, Cathy was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the service so speedy that it was a pleasure . I would recommend O'Donnell Honda to one and all. Great dealership just like my son told me. So glad we found them.

    We had to have our car towed to the dealership after hours. Before I could call the next morning to confirm they had my car, Jeff from the service department called me. He let me know the car was there, then he called about 45 minutes later to tell me the problem. We needed a new battery, it was installed and we were able to pick the car up before noon! Fast courtious service. We have been going to the Honda service center in Catonsville for almost 20 years. Its wonderful to know we can take our car to either O'Donnell location and get excellent service.

    This was the easiest & most satisfying car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman Stan Bailey & Finance Manager Brian Blevins were great. They took the time to explain every option available to me. They were polite, helpful, and informative without being overly pushy. I feel that I got a good deal on the car and was pleased and impressed that they didn't try to manipulate or pressure me into anything I didn't want. I definitely recommend and would buy a car again from this trifecta again - Salesman Stan Bailey & Finance Manager Brian Blevins at O'Donnell Honda.

    I brought my 2017 ridgeline in for a recall and to look at the swingout tailgate release. They had to order some of the parts so it was in the shop for two days. I was give a loaner car for the night. The vehicle was done the next day. Everything went very smooth. I was very pleased with the service at Odonnell Honda.

    Searched the web and found several cars. We visited O'Donnell Honda Used Card first. Daughter fell in love with the Toyota Corolla after a test drive. Worked out a good deal and decided to buy the car and end our search. Good experience and friendly sales team.

    My experience was great. Odonnell Honda's Service Center is always efficient and fast. The service rep's are always pleasant and helpful. I have purchased two cars from Odonnell and have always had them serviced at Odonnell. The prices are fair and the most important thing to me is when I take my car to Odonnell for service I know it will be done right.

    I started off on the phone with a wonderful salesperson, Shayne Wilson. He arranged a test drive for me in a couple of different vehicles. SO easy to arrange, totally at my convenience. Although we began with one car, we changed our minds, and Shayne smoothly re-focused right along with us! I highly recommend both the dealership, and Shayne!
