    Whenever we need a car Fitzgerald is our go-to dealership. They always have a great selection and their staff is always top notch. We’ve tried other places and they just don’t compare. Now we won’t go anywhere else.

    I've purchased many new vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say, that this was a SEAMLESS purchase experience. Bingle Livioco with Ftizgerald Auto Mall Frederick was incredibly helpful and efficient and prepared everything in advance of to finalize the purchase of a new vehicle.     Erik my advisor was great...very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the actual service left something to be desired...I took my car in for a regular tune up...I drove out with BOTH of my headlights blown and a nail in my tire. VERY disappointed :(

They absorbed the labor to replace the bulbs and patched your tire at no cost to you to help offset the inconvenience of the return visit. We are sorry that the headlamps went out after your service. We would have informed you if they were out while it was in the shop so that you could have approved the headlamp bulb replacements. The tire could have been inspected further and this was discussed with the technician.     I went to the store to look at a used vehicle and ended up with a new vehicle. Mario, Zach, Matt and Gary were a great team to work with. They always were willing to work with the options I wanted and stuck with the price range I needed. This is my 3rd car that I have purchased at this dealership and I would say this was the best experience yet due to the team that I worked with.

    Straightforward, responsive, low-key. I appreciated the Fitz approach as well as the help of my specific salesperson, Mitch. I live in Baltimore, so I did my research online ahead of time. Mitch answered my questions and provided information I needed. I was able to make best use of the trip to Frederick. *Tip: if you want special license plates, be sure to mention this detail at the beginning of your meeting with the finance guy. In my meeting, it got overlooked and I was disappointed. Could have started the process all over again, but I was tired!

    My family had a great experience with Alex Camacho at Fitzgerald Chevrolet off Baughman's Lane. Alex is an expert in his field, explained/demonstrated the features of our vehicle in a user friendly manner, is an excellent listener, and made the process very easy. The entire staff was easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Alex. We will be back for our next new car purchase.

    AVOID FITZGERALD SERVICE!! Without a doubt the worst service department I have ever dealt with. We took our car in about a year ago for an oil change. When we went in to get it the seats had grease stains on them. When we brought it to their attention, they were indignant and rude about it. They wiped at the spots but I ended up finishing the job myself. A year later I get a recall notice and decide to try Fitzgerald again since it is the closest Chevy dealer. I had them change the oil as well. Came to pick it up and it had grease on both front seats and one of the seats was reclined most of the way back. The service manager on duty did offer to detail the car but they needed to keep it through the end of Monday (from Saturday) I came in at 5 on Monday and the service advisor had instant attitude when we came in.. I go out to the car and it was clean but on the outside was a large black smudge. The service manager came out and cleaned it off but was very short and unfriendly about it.. If you like being treated well by the dealership doing your work try Criswell.. It’s a little further to drive but they actually value their customers.

    After being hit by another person, I had my Camaro taken to Fitzgerald for the repairs, as I wanted GM OEM parts for my repairs. I had bought the Camaro from Fitzgerald Chevrolet in Frederick and their sales team was awesome, thus another reason to take the car to their collision repair shop. Doug handled having my car towed there from Laurel, and had the estimate ready for the other persons insurance adjuster. The estimated time for delivery was 2-3 weeks, and we got the car back in 2 weeks. The paint finish was great and done professionally. There was one small spot that needed some hand glaze, and the Fitzgerald team gladly took care of it while my girlfriend waited.
  • Unbelievable Experience; made a deal work for me - no drama

    I came to look at used cars since I had missed the big GM sale on last year's models. The salesman but was respectful and considerate as he listened to what I wanted. He somehow got me talking about the new car I actually wanted but knew I could not afford. Fitz had the exact car the color I wanted with the matching features in stock (somehow the features I did not were missing from this model). This was impressive. I cannot imagine how they found a deal that could work for me at a price far below what I thought was possible for a new car especially since I was not convinced I could afford the used car I came to look at. One thing I appreciated was the lack of pressure - from being greeted to signing the papers in the finance room nobody ever tried to get me to do something I did not want to do. I was given information and allowed to make my own decision. Congratulations to Fitz for taking the undesirable elements out of the auto purchase process. Expect to be comfortable during your trip there, you can relax and enjoy the new cars without the fear of someone trying to take advantage of you. These guys sell on repeat business and personal referral - a happy customer comes back and brings his friends and family. I know I will.

    Fitzgerald Auto has serviced my cars and trucks for many years and has done an outstanding job, and I trust them completely with my auto mechanical needs. Extremely courteous, honest, and highly competent in the repairs. My Chevy Silverado is reaching almost 250,000 miles and runs like a champ due to the excellent service I've received over the years from Fitzgerald Auto. I highly recommend them.
