    Another excellent buying experience at Mercedez-Benz of Hagerstown. This was our third vehicle from Younger and they treated us as if they wanted to earn our business again for the first time. No short cuts, no pressure, and we found the perfect car at a great price.

    I am very disappointed that after spending close to $2000 in my car return to me not having been washed or vacuumed. Last weeks weather was very nice so it was not too cold to get a car wash. I do appreciate the dealership dropping my car off to me two hours away.

    I damaged my tire on a large pothole on the interstate and was towed to my dealership, Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I called ahead and talked to the service department and learned that they did not have a replacement tire in stock. I was informed that a loaner car would be waiting for me upon my arrival and once my vehicle was examined I would be given an estimate. I was at the dealership for only 8 minutes from the time I arrived in the tow truck until I was on my way in the loaner. I got a call from the service department shortly afterwards with the cost and amount of time needed for repairs. My vehicle was ready on time as promised and I was able to return the loaner and pick up my own car within a few minutes. The entire staff is courteous and professional and deliver fantastic customer service.

    I appreciate Pierce's empathy in our situation which was out of our control. I have to drive a ways to this dealership and once I arrived for a update and recall appointment. they fixed recall issue but were not able to update gps ..they offered a generous solution to and I am a happy customer.

    I had a great experience purchasing my first Mercedes. Very friendly and helpful Sales staff who were also very knowledgeable about their cars. Buying a car can be very stressful but this was by far my best experience. Highly recommend this dealership.

    After twenty-one years with my old car, when the time came to buy a new car I decided that I deserved some luxury. I e-mailed the internet sales manager of three different makes of car; Rob Edmonds at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was the ONLY one to reply to my e-mail, which he did within five minutes. Chalk one up for Mercedes. After test driving all three of my choices the GLC stood head and shoulders above the rest, but this is a review of the dealership rather than the car itself, so I'll leave off gushing about my gorgeous new car and get back to the buying experience. I had quite the laundry list of options which I wanted in my new car, and Rob worked hard to find me one which fit the bill. He found one that came very close, but ordering turned out to be a better option for me. Rob happily accommodated my request that most of our communication be through e-mail as we planned and ordered my new car, and he kept in touch with me throughout the wait while it was being assembled. The one fly in the ointment came when my car arrived at the Port of Baltimore and it was discovered that somewhere along the line two of my requested options had been left off. Rob and GM Justin Harbert said that they were unsure where along the way the disconnect had happened, but they gave me several options, including an additional discount or re-ordering my car. I opted for taking the car as is and arranged to go pick it up. Now, here is where Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown really went the extra mile. When I arrived my car was under silk, waiting for me to unveil her! Finalizing the paperwork was easy, and I enjoyed going over everything with Rob, as well as dotting the i's and crossing the t's with Tony Mills, the finance manager. My keys were presented in a lovely box, and I was given an enormous block of Belgian chocolate emblazoned with a line drawing of the dealership. I opted for a couple of dealer add-ons at the last minute, so a few days after I took possession of my new beauty someone from the service department (I regret to say that I didn't get his name) drove an hour from the dealership to pick up my car and leave me a loaner, took my car back for the add ons, and then returned my car to me the same evening, along with a couple of chocolate biscuits with the Mercedes star logo. I don't know if they do this for everyone, or if they know I can be swayed by chocolate, or if they just want me to have the full luxury MB experience after 21 years in a utilitarian vehicle, but I do know that I have been charmed, and thoroughly pleased with the entire experience, as well as everyone with whom I have come in contact at the dealership. I also know that my sister recently purchased a Mercedes as well, but at another dealership in Northern Virginia and she is not having nearly as good of an experience as I am. Her car is just as good; her dealer is not. Rob is a prince among men, and Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown is a jewel among dealerships.

    Alex Folz over 27 years of experience in Mercedes service. I'm sure he has seen it all. 15 years ago we purchased out first Merc at another location. We needed service, I went to HMB and Alex sat with us as new owners, patiently explaining. So last week I witnessed how he still sat with a customer explaining a repair, in the lounge, relaxed and knowledgeable, reminding me how much I rely on accurate trustworthy service. HMB truly cares, and their repeat sales are built on reputation. Their annual gatherings are fun, and customers get to network. Our ML350 and SL55 AMG are in top performance and we confidently recommend others, whether they're frugal smart consumers or just dropping cash, they treat you with care and respect, their #1 job is to be your expert source for transportation needs.

    Every experience I have had at Hagerstown Mercedes has been fantastic. From the purchase to service, they do a great job. I had a few issues with my new car and they took the time to do it right. Buy and have your car serviced here and you will be treated right.

    Mike Lavrenchik and team treated me very well. They saw to every detail making my first M-B purchase a positive memory. Adam in Service and Tony in Finance were also very professional and helpful. If you are on the fence about buying a Benz, go see MB of Hagerstown. Their superb customer service will make you want to drive and buy one of these great cars.

    My experience in purchasing my Mercedes was very pleasant. At no time did I feel pressured to select a model. Rob Edmonds, the salesman, greeted me very enthusiastically and made me feel comfortable; he showed me the car I saw online and explained the details.

    I have purchased several cars from MB of Hagerstown, and each experience has been 5 star worthy! Barry London stayed late on a rainy Monday night to deliver the car (which was covered in their garage by the way) and Austin was thorough and efficient in going over financing and options. We would HIGHLY recommend MB of Hagerstown for any vehicle purchase. Barry London is truly a great, and non pressure, Mercedes Benz salesman and asset to the MB of Hagerstown team! Thanks again!!
