He explained the two repairs that were recommended as well as gave me a written explanation. Since the parts weren't available, he… scheduled my car for the next available date. A loaner car was also booked as the repairs will take all day.A great experience

I presented with all the options regarding lease vs. purchase and found the vehicle that was just right for… my needs. My sales associate, Mike, was professional, courteous and down to earth. The experience could not have been better.Back Again!

The team at MB Hagerstown operated in a straight forward manner and we reached a deal… with everyone happy. Both Mike and Tony were great to deal with and knowledgeable of their products. Just goes to show that a little extra distance and effort can pay off. I would definitely recommend them, even if you don't live right next door.Great Experience

The part they needed for the item to be repaired was available and was installed as planned.… The other planned work also was completed as scheduled.
