I recently bought a 2012 Ford Foucs from Al Packer. My sales man was Richard M. He was very knowledge able and worked with me, even though it was the end of the night and he was being rushed. I had to take my vehicle to trade it an and all involved in the sale at Al Packer made it happen for me. I am very happy with the entire experience and appreciate all involved at Al Packer that made this happen for me. Even though they were rushed Richard told me to bring the vehicle back the following day or the next day and they would make everything right that they may have missed because of the rush. Overall great experience and I look forward to taking my vehicle back for service. The service crew also seemed great when I met them and am looking forward to seeing them soon when I need to have service done.

I have to say the sales person i worked with, Matt S., has a bright future ahead of him in your business. I have a 2008 Ford Expedition that i'm looking to trade in, and i really wasn't sure what i wanted and what my options are. Matt was patient with me and worked with me to determine what would meet my requirements and my budget, not to mention get me some kick ass incentives. I've been to pushy dealerships before that you can hardly get out the door of your own automobile before you're hounded/harassed by someone who was more about making a buck than wanting to actually help you. Matt was calm, cool, and collected with his approach which is a very welcome change from the "in your face and up your rear" approach of other dealerships. As soon as i get my finances in line, I'll be back to trade in my Expedition and pull the trigger on my new ride. Matt S., you're in my speed dial!! Thank you!!!

I was shopping for cars at a few different dealerships in the Annapolis/Columbia/Baltimore area. Originally, I was interested in purchasing a Honda Accord but while at one of the dealerships I found that I liked the Ford Fusion. I then focused on finding a Ford Fusion that fit my needs. I called Al Packer Ford after seeing a Ford Fusion on Autotrader.com that seemed to fit the bill. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to Arnold Silverman, the sales representative. He was cordial and responsive and set a time up with me to come see the car for a couple hours later that same day. Upon arrving to the dealership, Arnold had pulled the car to the front of the dealership and we were on our way to exploring the car. Arnold was open to my questions and had a firm grasp on the answers. After the test drive we sat down to make a deal. I was trading in a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 215k miles and with some other issues. Al Packer was fair in their trade offer and I decided to go ahead and buy. My biggest issue with the process at Al Packer was with the financial officer they have on site. My credit score ended up being in the 800s, but they gave me an interest rate of 4.5%. My fiance who was with me at the time questioned the interest rate immediately. Upon questioning the interest rate, they immediately dropped it to 2.4%. I was not thrilled with that tactic and would have left without buying the car had I not been so sick of the car buying process. Overall the experience was good. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car, which I felt at several other dealerships and was immediately turned off by them and left.

AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH is not customer friendly. They messed up on our plates for our new car and then the GM told us "So what do you want me to do?" I asked for a temp tag until the new plates arrive or a rental car. I was told sorry but no and just drive my car illegal until the plates arrive. Customers over heard and asked me what the problem was and I told them. The GM came up to me in a threatning manor and said I have to leave and never come back for making him look bad in front of customers. I was also told that forget about the oil changes that was promised in my contract with them. Both my husband and me are veterans and ask that any other brothers and sisters in arms not go to AL PACKER in WHITE MARSH.
