Best Car Purchase Experience Ever!

I drove past 2 other Honda dealers to get to Sport after talking to Nick on the… phone. Finally a salesman who knew the cars, features and different prices. He help me make an educated decision on which model fit my lifestyle and budget. He gave me a price over the phone and didnt try to up-sell or add any unexpected cost when i arrived to the dealership. The price was competitive and fair he made the process fast and easy. I Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism . Will buy from sport again!Sport Honda - Excellent Value!

I decided to go to this dealership because salesman Mr. TJ Troutmen prices who spoke with me on the phone, was very professional and upfront about bottom line pricing.,… The prices offered by Sports Honda for a new Honda Odyssey were the lowest compared to other Honda dealerships in the area. Sports Honda has a great team of sales and finance folks. Salesman Mr. TJ Troutmen was very efficient, helpful, and without us negotiating offered us a deal which we did not expect! . TJ, Finance manager Paul and Sales manager Mr. Kim are all great, knowledgable and customer oriented, They all have made my buying experience very comfortable, no any pressure. I spent a week searching for a used 2015 Honda Civic EX, and found one at Sport Honda and decided to go take a look. I assumed I'd just be… there to see the car and decide if I liked the model, but after seeing it in person and taking it for a test drive, I knew I'd found the right car. I was able to work out a great price with Nadeem, the sales rep, and Paul in the financing office was fantastic in getting me a financing option that I could afford, since I have good credit but a limited credit history. As an added bonus, I was able to trade in my old car for much more than I was expecting to be able to, and Paul was also able to get me a hugely-discounted full extended warranty. The entire experience was easy and painless, and I appreciate all their help in making my first car purchase a great one. They truly went above and beyond the expectations I had when I first went in. My first commute to work in the new car was the best 30-minute drive I've had in years! On Tuesday, May 15, 2018 we received our newest Honda, a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Honda is obviously the ultimate symbol of automobile… quality but it is so interesting to also observe the leadership and direction provided by management. Guess what??? The sales staff is so well trained, presentations very complete, prices are very fair, and the sales representative ensures you fully understand the vehicle. Our sales representative was TJ Troutman and the finance person was Brian. Having been a former teacher I could only give each of them an A++. Pleasure to deal with Sport Honda.
