The staff at Sport Honda, Isaac, Josue and Andrew, were all professional and treated us better than any of my previous three leasing experiences with Honda. I was able to get just what I was looking for.… I was impressed with the prompt follow up by the sales and leasing consultant, Isaac, making the initial contact after my call. Andrew, the manager, was fair and negotiated with me in good faith. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly completing the paperwork was with Josue, the business manager. by Photo D on 06/07/2023I came dealership Memorial Day weekend looking for a Passport and I found the perfect one waiting for me. A 2020 Passsport that had just be turned in off a least in the color I was looking for and features that was super clean. The previous… owner must have been anal retentive like I am about caring for a vehicle. It had a Not For Sale sign on it and when I inquired about it Louis Ohaka said he would talk to his manager. They were going to sell it to Carmax and I said I wanted to test drive and Louis made it happen a few days later. Long story short, I'm now the owner of that super clean, low mileage Passport. Louis had the Passport detailed and some minor damage to the passenger side rims repaired beautifully. Louis walked me through all the features and setting up my iPhone to the Blue Tooth. The finance manager, Josue Canas got all the paper work done very smoothly with no hiccups. They had the opportunity to get a higher price from me, but they stated the price just dropped and they honored it. I had… no idea it had dropped. Tim was a pleasant salesman and was more concerned about selling me free coffee versus pushing the car on me. After buying the car, it did have a bad battery and a chipped windshield. I reached out to Tim and they covered all of it. Josue in finance was also pleasant to work with, due to his speed. He didn’t have me waiting there for hours on in. Another outstanding buying experience with Mike Canter at Sport Honda
by Jon S on 02/07/2023We've now bought two new cars from Mike Canter at Sport, including our recent purchase of a 2023 CR-V. We had absolutely outstanding experiences with Mike on both occasions, from the very start of the process through its successful… conclusion. The 2023 CR-V was not easy for Mike to get, but he did, and he kept us informed every step of the way, from pre-ordering the car, through the build process, until delivery (and beyond). Mike is extraordinarily responsive - we had lots of questions and he unfailing responded promptly, thoroughly and patiently to all of our calls, emails and texts. The price that Mike offered was extremely competitive, and he gave us what I'm confident (based on comparisons with other dealers) was his best price right up front. Also, unlike other dealers, Mike was completely transparent about possible year-end price increases, and he even encouraged us to buy the car from another dealership if we could be guaranteed delivery before year-end. When it came time for us to pick up the car from the dealership, Mike had the car all ready to go with all of our dealer-installed accessories, and he had lined up all of the paperwork to make the final steps of the buying experience as smooth as possible. Mike is extremely knowledge about the cars that he sells, and perhaps most refreshingly, on the rare occasions when there's some new feature or item of technology that Mike isn't yet familiar with, he says so, and doesn't try to wing it. On top of all of that, Mike is personally a great pleasure to spend time with, and visiting with him has always been a highlight of our buying experience. We used to spend a fair amount of time doing online comparison shopping, but I've consistently ended up with Mike, and my family has decided that for our next new Honda, we're going directly to Mike and no place else.
