This was by far the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had. Sarat Lincoln is laid back and very helpful. No pressure and had just what I wanted in stock. Dave the financer was a true delight to work with and John my sales… gentleman was patient and very knowledgeable with all my many questions, a true asset to the Lincoln brand. This is my new go to car dealership! Highly recommend to family and friends.

We were treated very well, made plans to come back in a couple of days while the salesman tracked down potential cars. Meanwhile, we… changed our minds about what we wanted to buy, and it was not a problem. We knew what we wanted and where it was located, they were able to get the car for us. We said we wanted to pick it up the last week in February, then on 2/10 our plans changed and we asked to have it ready for 2/14 and again, it was taken in stride. on the 14th, I arrived and the car was ready, the paperwork was in order, and I received a tutorial on how to manage the electronics in my car. To date, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and easy to work with!Outstanding dealer.

There is no sales pressure and their inventory is always huge. The service department is excellent and care about… customer satisfaction. Man came Easter morning (prearranged) took the car to Sarat and must have left info because when we called Monday morning… the tire had already been replaced. I arranged payment via phone (we were out of town) and planned to pick up the car after hours on Tuesday. Everything was in perfect order and we were very happy with how it was handled.car review

But when I received bad treatment at a local GM dealer, I decided to follow my car guy, Chuck M.(I have known him for 16 years), to the Sarat Ford dealer in Agawam, MA.… The new design of the Escape was just what I was looking for, inside and out. As I am aging, it is harder to get in and out of a vehicle and the height of the vehicle is perfect. I intend to inform all my friends and family to seek out Chuck M. at Sarat Ford and will purchase another Ford in a few years.Great service
