I truly feel they wanted me in the right vehicle ahead of making a sale even if the advice was to stay in my current vehicle… (which they did!). Due to my situation, buying the vehicle was the right choice for me and I went ahead with it. Great job all around for Best Chevy.Great buy

He was able to secure us better terms when I didn't want to because I thought it wasn't likely.… I didn't want to try but he insisted that we try and he w as s correct. Overall a good experience after going to other dealerships and made to feel stupid. My daughter is getting ready for a new car and I will be bringing her to Best!excellent service

by shoes6 on 10/26/2010After a bad experience at Qurik on Thursday night, I decided to go to Best Chevrolet in Hingham on Saturday. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the minute I walked in the door they were so friendly and helfpul. I… bought my car from Aaron. He was extremely knowledgable and there was no pressure to buy. They did not play any games either. After I test drove the 2010 Chevy Malibu, I told Aaron that he has a deal if he can give me what I want. I did not tell him a figure. I said a range. However, in my head I knew what my payment should be around. He had the finance manager come to me to discuss the deal which is apparently the way it should be done according to my friend. My friend said a sign of a good dealership is when you talk price with the finance people not the sales person because the finance people are the ones who ultimately make the decision. The finance manager wrote everything out in detail and said that this is what the car will cost, this is what we can give you for your trade. I could not believe it. They were right on the money. They gave me the exact figure that I wanted to pay without me even telling them. There was no nonsense and no games. After I agreed to the deal, I then sat down with another finance guy to do all of the paperwork. He too was very helpful. He wrote everything out and explained everything in full detail. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. This will now be the dealership I deal with from here on out. I cannot wait to pick up my new car tonight.Excellent Service!!!

They are extremely professional and have a passion for cars and their jobs.They are honest and trustworthy people.They are ready and willing to do anything to make their customers happy.From the minute you walk in the front door,you feel comfortable.As a single young female,I did not feel attacked or pressured ever!They help you from the minute you walk in, to the minute you leave with your new car and registration.the waiting area has coffee(Starbucks),three flat screen TV's,plenty of magazines,and a clean playroom for kids.As I was sitting waiting for my car to be ready,I looked over and there was an employee sitting talking his client through each and every detail about his car.Everyone is smiling,friendly.The atmosphere is just one like Ive never seen before at a car dealership.They get to know you by name and walk you through each step.When you are done getting your car serviced or inspected,it is waiting right out front for you with a man holding your door open!They go through all the options with you on how to work your new car. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, mostly from dealers so I can say this with confidence. I am a loyal Ford owner and was reluctant to go to a… Chevy dealership to look at a used Lincoln on their lot, but it met the criteria for what I was looking for. From the minute I walked in Best's door, I could tell there was something different about them. Everyone we met was fantastic especially Rich L. Dealing with Rich and the sales manager, I think his name was Mike, was easier than any other experience I've had. they were committed to making the deal. No games, no gimmicks, no back and forth "checking with my manager"BS. The sales manager came to us, asked us what it would take to get us in that vehicle, and did it. Deal was done in less than an hour. So, after buying the vehicle, I noticed a few things wrong with it. Although it took a couple of visits, I can't even tell you how impressive their service department is. Mike M., the service rep I met with was relentless to fix the issues and ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely buy from Best again and if you're reading this far into the review, would recommend you do the same. I wish I owned a Chevy! They were informative, professional and worked to make a sale, without being overbearing in the slightest. In fact,… I would happily have them over for dinner. They made money for the dealership and I left with a new truck at a price I could afford. Win/win works for me. Contrast this with the inherent rudeness when I visited with my prior purchase point to apply for the balance of my auto warranty. Certainly no surprise to me to see Best Chevolet full of customers and the other Chevy dealer virtually empty, with sales personnel standing around like starving vultures.They ARE the Best
