    Service took a little longer than expected, had to come back. But the service was completed and the communication was very good! Marcelo was very professional and courteous and delivered on his expected time frame to get the job done! I would like to deal with Marcelo again!

    On October 5th I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and inspection sticker for my car I purchased there a year ago. When I got there I was warmly greeted by service advisor Vadim Khalapov. I can't say enough good things about him. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. He was very kind and patient, and honest which goes a long way. I watched as he was helping others as well in the same manner. He is very knowledgeable about cars, which made it easy to understand the importance of good car maintenance. It was evident that he cares about the customers. He took the time to make sure I knew what was going on with my car at all times. Also I would like to mention Rudy who serviced my car, and John in the parts department. Both of them added to making the service visit great. I highly recommend serving your car here.

    Salesman Ted was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful and continues to be. In a nutshell, great to work with. Waiting for and checking out with finance shouldn’t have to be so long since I was paying cash for the car Also I feel $459 for document preparation is a little excessive

  • [non-permissible content removed] BUT I had a good experience

    You just have to go in knowing you're dealing with [non-permissible content removed] and you'll be fine. I traded in my car and bought a used car that msrp for $9,998. My car was very old but still blue booked for $2,800. They said due to condition they could only give me $500 for the trade which I was OK with to just move the process along. Hilariously the finance manager tried to sell me a $4k a year service package on a $10k car. I have my own mechanic so I declined that and the lower tiers. After I bought the car even though it had been through their shop and I had paid a inspection fee, when I went to my mechanic to get the inspection sticker the new car failed inspection! Something to do with emissions. So now I have 60 days to drive it and then I go back to try and get a sticker. With all the add on fees (docking and such) I paid $11,143.38 for a car that stickered for $9,998. They tried to get me to sign the title to my car over to them before the new car had even been through the service shop which i thought was odd. Dick Dooling was the sales guy and although [non-permissible content removed] he was great! Very helpful in explaining the trade and registration process. Any time you go to a dealership you're going to be dealing with [non-permissible content removed] and so I'd say these guys in that context were really very good. It needs some things but all in all I think I got a good deal and they made their profit.

    Idelmy and Clyde made my purchase easy and simple ..Each explaining every question and taking time to explain to my wife and I every detail ,line item, and solution we inquired . I have been purchasing vehicles from Herb Chambers Cadillac for around 15 years and these two gentlemen are a huge reason why I continue to do so .

    We were traveling from Michigan to Maine when we heard a squeaking noise from the front end of our 2020 Escalade. We pulled into Herb Chambers Cadillac to see if they could look at it. The service manager got a mechanic to look under the hood and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a water pump going bad. They expedited the part for next day delivery and squeezed us into their busy service schedule and had us back on the road less than 24 hours later. Excellent customer service!

    This was a horrible experience I had at Herb Chambers. I brought my car in around 10:45am and told the rep I needed the car in good condition to drive to Florida at four o’clock I got a phone call letting me know I needed an air filter and wiper blades and I also needed two tires I told him go ahead and do the work. I got there at 4:15 and the work still had not been done. Now we’re talking almost 5 hours and I am told that they have to order the tires and they are not sure when they will be in maybe in the am and maybe in the pm. I asked them to please wash my car and they said they would a half hour later I am tol my car was 3rd in Lin for washing. I told them get me my car because it was after 5pm and I said I don’t want my car washed and then they wanted me to pre pay the tites and o told them absolutely not and I did not want to waste another day at Herb chambers. I am not blaming the service rep that helped me but I am blaming the service department that caused all this mess it is the worst service I have ever experienced at Herb chambers. I paid over $ 258.00 for pure aggravation. Now they are supposed to notify me when the tires are available and I am supposed to run up there for more service
