by CTownBOS on 07/19/2013updated 04/25/2025Josh C. (and Jason K) were excellent. Alleviating our fears and putting up with a TOUGH sell from my wife and me. They spoke down to earth and not like a few sleazy car salesman we dealt with that IRA. Josh never lost his cool...I wouldnt… have lasted as long as he did. My wife never lets up and Josh rolled with it. We spent a ton of time with them the first day and when I said I wasnt comfortable signing away on the first day, he didnt push. We even left put a deposit down on an MDX, came back to Kelly the next day for one last look before we sealed the MDX deal, left again, came back again, left again...and Josh was mild mannered the whole time never pushing us or showing that he was annoyed (he must have been!) when it looked for certain we were not going to buy it. Because he was so great and took the time to work us through some issues we had, he made the sale. We did our homework. there is no doubt he got us the best deal possible...even compared to my company's buying program that I shopped out to other dealers. Give this guy a bonus. Jason is excellent as well. He helped make the initially uncomfortable negotiating experience great. Josh and Jason left us feeling great as we drove off the lot. Thanks guys!Great Customer Service

He knew absolutely everything about the Armada I was looking at and eventually purchased. He never BS'd me, never rushed me and answered every single question I… had right away, without hesitation. "Make it Easy" is definitely the correct motto for KNoL. Carl was fantastic in going through the financial terms of the purchase, he offered me extra warranty coverage including protection for my tires and wheels, he didn't pressure me into doing so, talked to me in layman's terms like he was a buddy of mine for years. He explained everything to me and made a very good deal and delivered the 2012 Altima to me within 2 1/2 hours of me arriving at… the dealership. He showed me how to work everything on the car before I left and maade sure I felt secure with the car. He even helped me take my things out of the 08 and put them in the new car. This dealership is great and I highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield.Friendly, Honest, Trustworthy

Kelly was the first dealership that I spoke with early on in the process, and as I was… leaving, the salesman asked me to at least give him a chance to match or beat any offer that I was seriously considering. After about three weeks of extensively researching and talking with dealerships across Massachusetts/Southern New Hampshire, I had a deal in place that I was comfortable with from a different dealer. But remembering what the salesman (Kelly Alwuhush) at Kelly Nissan told me, I decided to give them a chance to make me a better offer. Sure enough, Kelly Nissan came in with a better price, and one that I knew was not going to be beaten by another dealership at the time. I was also impressed that they honored their word, especially since most places do not do that. I am happy to report that my car is running well, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. With all things considered, I feel as though I am getting great value with the car that I bought for the price that I paid. I would highly recommend buying a Nissan vehicle given their reliabilty ratings and customer satisfaction history. I also urge anyone in the market to give Kelly Nissan a shot, as I found it to be a pretty refreshing experience.Great experience

Fritz was able to make me a fair offer on price, set me up with financing and negotiate the value of my trade. I was taken care of quickly and… professionally. I left in a great car and we came to a price that made sense. I felt like I got a good deal without having to sweat it out over 6 hours. He made the experience painless and non-adversarial. I met Mike… S at the door and he set me up with a test ride and we made a deal. Mike was honest very easy to deal with. The dealership is in a great location and very clean and professional, Mike and the rest of the staff really do strive to take the hassles out of a car purchase. The second I walked into the door, Adriano offered his services. He was extremely friendly, extremely… personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process of my first time leasing very stress-free. I never thought I could laugh so hard when spending the amount of money that I did, but he kept me laughing and kept the whole process extremely enjoyable. She was excellent as she answered all my questions and followed up with everything. I dealt with many of… the other dealerships through Car.com and Angela was the only internet manger who followed through. She gave us a quote over the phone which was basically the walk out price so basically there was no negotiating that needed to be done when we got to the dealer. We were very happy with the quote. She got us into the dealership. Once we got into the dealership, Mike S. took over. He was awesome and has a great sense of humor! He did everything from soup to nuts. He did the following: - Set up the test drive making sure it was an enjoyable service. - Made sure the car was cleaned up for delivery - Made sure all the paperwork was done quickly so we didn't have to make multiple trips to the dealer. - Got us a complimentary oil change and gave us a tour of the dealership. - Got us a much as he could for our trade-in. - Was very attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. Overall, he made the whole process an enjoyable experience. In fact, if any of my friends are in the market for a new car, I am sending them Mike and Angela's way. I can't say enough about them. This was the easiest experience my wife and I had in buying a new car.
