    The sales person we worked with was fantastic. Nathan Dejesus was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He did not use a strong arm sales approach; but listened to our needs and questions and responded appropriately. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan to others.

    My experience with Desiree Frank at Lia was quite satisfactory. My 2007 Accord needed a lot of work, and she pointed out a cheaper package to accomplish some of it. It was completed in a timely fashion, and appears competently done.

  • Only car before purchasing

    I had a positive experience with Nathan Dejesus at Honda before my purchase. He was kind and personable, making the whole process enjoyable. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Based on Nathan's exceptional qualities and outstanding service, I highly recommend introducing your family and friends to his abilities. However, I was deeply disappointed and frustrated with Honda's level of care when I picked up my car. While the customer service I received before purchasing the car was excellent, the experience upon pick-up was lacking. Despite paying for the car in full with cash and needing to travel the next day, Honda held onto my car for a whole week. Not only did Honda fail to provide a clean and detailed car, but there were discrepancies compared to the floor mat present during the test drive. I found dust, what appeared to be dog hair, and candy wrappers between the seats. Moreover, Honda's claim of a thorough inspection and cleaning was misleading. Overall, I am disheartened by how things turned out.

    I highly suggest collaborating with Nathan as he possesses exceptional qualities. He exudes a kind and personable demeanor, which is evident in his interactions with me. Nathan puts forth tremendous effort to ensure that I leaves Honda with a sense of satisfaction. However, it appears that he encounters certain limitations beyond his control. This does not deter his determination. Given his admirable qualities, I would strongly recommend acquainting family members and friends with Nathan's outstanding services.   • Good experience buying car

    We had a good time buying our used car from the Lia Honda dealership. As for the dealership, it was nice, we went in on a Friday and I brought the car home on Saturday. I had to pick up my registration on Monday and then got my car inspected on Wednesday. I don’t know if it had been earlier in the week and I was able to get my registration on Saturday (which I wasn’t able to) I would have been able to have had the car inspected before I picked it up so I didn’t have to come back for an inspection. So I’d recommend if you’re going to go maybe earlier than Friday. Our sales consultant Kahran Zafar was very kind, even came over to check on me on Wednesday when I had come back to get the car inspected. Would recommend working with him.

    Very nice, knowledgeable service department with good service. I drive a hour from Connecticut to get my service done here. Took 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, inspection and wipers changed. I thought $55 for 3 wiper blades was expensive. Unfortunately I have to remind them for each and every service that I have the Honda care plan. That is becoming annoying since it should be automatic on their computer system to not charge me for covered services. It has been 4 years now and I have to make sure I am not charged extra.

    Sales Mgr assigned Jason Brooks to work with me. He showed me a vehicle I had in mind. After several back and forths within 24 hours we had a deal. Mr. Brooks was always courteous and prompt. Picked up the vehicle a couple of days later. Happy with it.
