That helps in a… stressful situation where many are concerned about time or getting their services accurately set up.You're absolutely right! It has always been an anxious, not so fun experience until we went to Lia Toyota and had Jeremy Pease as our sales person. He was a delight, knowledgeable, and listened to… what we had to say and he is a very respectful person. Lia should be proud to have him on their staff. Serviced Properly - But the wait was long again
by Michael Berard on 10/16/2024The service manager, Berard, was great - did everything right - checked history, looked for discounts and promotions, and estimated up to 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. At 70 minutes he advised that it was taking longer.… Overall 2:30 for the work. This happened during the prior service too. At that time I was advised that they were “down a tech”. The wait was over 3 hours. There’s something going on if they’re consistently longer than expected. It was inconvenient.Professional

by Nicole on 05/02/2024I was scheduled to bring in my car for a routine oil change and service, and the night before a deer ran into my car, causing slight damage to the front bumper. During my routine check-up, Phil made sure that my car was looked over… thoroughly and made sure there was no functional damage of the car from the deer impact. He told me the steps needed when contacting my insurance company for the bodywork repair, and referred me to a great auto body repair shop. Phil was always friendly, patient, listened with care and his communication was great when updating me about the status of my car during my routine visit.Nicole, we're so happy Phil provided all the answers you needed in order to move forward with the body work your vehicle will need after this incident. He explained what was going on with my… vehicle and showed pictures. I appreciated the Service that I received from Lyndsey and my mechanic Paul from the beginning of Check In to the end very efficient and extremely organized… Was not able to drive my vehicle because of the way my brakes we’re so worn… So they gave me a loaner car so I could go back-and-forth to work till the service was complete.
