Kevin Sorgi was our sales person. I had crossed paths with Kevin 8 months ago when I looked at a used Navigator for 20M that I did not purchase. Kevin bothered to keep in touch with similar offers even though they were small change items… for him. When we came back in eight months later to look at a new Lincoln Aviator, Kevin appeared... happily ready to assist! He went over all the details of the Aviator and searched patiently for what we wanted in the vehicle. In the end we purchased a gorgeous Black Label Aviator. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Transparent, no pressure, detail-oriented and above all friendly great guy to deal with. Kevin helps you understand the benefits and the quality of becoming a member of the LIncoln ownership family.

MKZ new lease
by Chloe1234 on 07/18/2018My experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln was great. The salesman I had, Sean Labarge, did a great job taking my wife and I through the sales process. He was courteous and knowledgeable a nice man to work with. We ordered a MKZ on April 23 and… it didn't come in until July 11. My lease ran out the end of June. Sean and the sales manager Jeremy offered a loaner to me for the 12 days I was without a car, a Lincoln Continental, to me that's great customer service. When my lease is up I will certainly return.2015 Lincoln MKZ
by Ptufts91 on 06/26/2018My Sales Consultant Mara Russell was nothing short of phenomenal, she took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted. When I was unsure of something she was extremely patient with me, after showing me 3 MKZ's I decided to take the first… one that she showed me for a test drive. (Each time walking back to retrieve the next car). Mara also took the time to explain each question that I had about the car and the entire process thoroughly enough for me to understand as a first time car buyer. She truly had my best interest at heart and focused on getting me the best deal for my particular situation. As a first time luxury car owner, a lot of the functions of the car were foreign to me and she explained each detail perfectly for me to take full advantage of all of the features of the car. Not to mention she was extremely kind, very easy to talk to and even during down time she was tremendously accommodating making me feel comfortable while the paperwork was being finished. Overall a very satisfying feeling throughout the entire process. - Thank you for making this such an easy decision. My friends and family are so impressed they already want to have their own and I've only had the car for a week!Overall bad experience
by 1consumer on 06/24/2018Our salesman was good but delivery of this vehicle was a nightmare. Dealership dropped the ball on a few issues from the windshield repair, registration and inspection. Kept telling us they handled but when follow up it was not done.… Overall bad experience with this dealership. In this competitive market you would think they would want to make sure the customer was satisfied. Would not recommend this dealership.2015 lincoln mkz hybrid

I had been interested in a few vehicles at this Herb Chambers dealership in Massachusetts. by dnb1011 on 03/30/2018This place has earned mine and my father's highest recommendation (no easy feat where my dad is concerned). I had been in search of the perfect (used) Nissan Rogue SL to call my own, and found exactly one within the miles and price… range I was looking for; it happened to be at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood (also one of the few cars on the lot that was not a Lincoln, of course). We were immediately greeted by James S. and a friendly receptionist at the front desk, and then James proceeded to guide my father and I through an informative and professional car-buying experience with a healthy dose of humor. I would go as far as to say we actually had fun! On the trip down to the dealership that morning, I had told my father in the car that I wished I could be real with the salesmen that we were meeting at the various dealership we had visited previously, and not have to play the game; I wanted to have a humanized version of the car-buying experience where I could be honest with where I was at and what I was looking for. That is exactly what I got with James, who did everything he could to get me that Rogue within what I was able to pay for it, and quickly, too! No haggling, no waiting, and we ended it with everyone feeling that the transaction was fair. Jim L. helped us through the paperwork post-purchase, and was equally personable and awesome. When I returned with my father to pick up the car a few days later, James impressed my father and I yet again when he admitted to having spent some time researching the features of the Rogue, and was able to talk us through every little bell and whistle. My "new" car was sparkling clean and had a full tank of gas. Nice touch! We recognized immediately when we stepped onto the lot full of cars much more expensive than the one I would be purchasing that we were not James and Jim's usual customers, but they treated us like royalty just the same. When we left in my new car, my father warned me to never, ever expect that level of professionalism (and fun) again in car buying, because it is a rarity. Sean had answers to most of my questions, and found answers for those he didn't know in a matter of… minutes. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and attentive. Setting up the test-drive was simple and took just minutes. With a limited time-frame of a weekend that I gave myself to purchase a vehicle, I could not have selected a better place to work with. The facility is bright and airy, refreshments are available in the comfortable lounge and the transaction was smooth and efficient. After meeting with James at the Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, there was no question. James was INCREDIBLY helpful - so… professional and friendly and never once pressured us. He spent so much time with us to answer all our questions, checked in with us during the day as we shopped other car models at other dealers, and made us quickly realize no other dealer even came close. Not only did we love the MKC but James just made us feel so well cared for and it was clear we were dealing with professionals and our purchase was valued. I really cant say enough about how great it all was. Most Satisfying Sales Experience!

Our sales rep Kelley Malone, what a great guy very knowledgeable and after we went looking for a new car this man hooked us up with a sweet 2017 Mkz Reserve with 3900 miles on it a 55k+ car for under 40k..… WOW.. Every one in the office was pleasant to work with. They have a huge lineup of cars just waiting to be delivered to people and the fact of them being next to their Volvo dealership that has a registry up stairs in it makes it so easy to register your car right on the premises. Paul Calder responded by phone, I explained what I was looking for (blue or red MKC) and within an hour I had an offer via email. Met to do paperwork and… picked up the car 2 days later. Greg Mirable stepped in for Paul, who had come in from his vacation to deal with me(he sold us our other Lincollm MKT)Greg handled the delivery professionally and spent time explaining the computer system to me. There was a mis-communication about the registration plate type which was corrected. 2 Lincolns purchased in 18 months and we would go back to this dealer in the future. Greg called me on a Thursday night to tell me the car just arrived from Michigan. I met Greg first thing Friday morning to view the car which… had not been cleaned up yet. So I was nervous about the purchase. The following Thursday I went to pick up the car and I thought it was a brand new car. Greg somehow managed to surprise me with 4 brand new tires on the vehicle. Greg knows how particular I am about my cars and made sure the detail shop was aware. It's my second purchase through Greg. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and straight forward. I priced out cars online, got… upfront quotes, no hidden fees, no incentives that I didn't actually qualify for, just real quotes with an aggressive offer. My sales rep, James Santsaver was awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly and in no way a high pressure salesman. I've purchased a ton of cars, but he still walked me through the process as if it was my first car, which is always appreciated. I do not usually write online reviews but this past experience deserves a host of complements for Peter and his staff. Most importantly along with Peter, Frank Carey and Greg… Mirabile all need to be highly complemented for their efforts to resolve the issues I was experiencing with my car. I also need to highlight the fact that all of my past Lincolns have been trouble free, never an issue. The car in question seems to be a one off with its issues. These issues were resolved with the highest degree of professionalism, speed and most importantly to my satisfaction. I left the dealership today, a very pleased customer with the highest respect for Herb Chambers and his staff. I honestly believe my issue would not have been and could not have been resolved to this level of satisfaction at any other Lincoln dealership.
