    Like most folks, I made a choice between the brand I knew well (Toyota) and the next level, which for me was an Acura. After the usual research and pricing analysis, I figured out a price range and went shopping. The sales experience between these two brands could not be more different - hard to understand why 10 Toyota salespeople are standing around the lot on a Saturday morning, only to be approached by one who only wanted to sell me the car I didn't want. Truly amazing. Apparently, that excessively large dealership is now under new management... By comparison, the Acura experience was exactly what I expected: professional, courteous and interested in actually making a sale. I was sold on the salesperson before I bought the car. The test drive was about 20 minutes and incorporate both highway and back road driving. Very nice. The purchasing process was very smooth, even in a case where we needed a day to make a decision. The other important aspect of this transaction was the after-purchase experience. Other dealers should take note: customers spend a ton of money on cars these days and deserve to be treated with consideration. Even post-sale questions that I had were answered quickly and courteously - on the phone and via email! Sales is a relationship game. You need to establish and maintain your customer relationships. Acura of Peabody gets this big time. In fact, I was fortunate to work with the best sales guy they have - he's won every sales award there for the last several years. Awesome experience.     Recently purchased a 2014 TL AWD and cannot say enough good things about the buying experience. Mike D., Zack F., and Vanessa all did a great job and made this buying experience the best I've had in my 30 + years in buying cars. First time owning an Acura.

    Old School bad car dealership. They say on thing on the phone and another when you get there. Really poor experience. Sales manager did not even come out and talk with me. My sales man had to keep going back in and talk with him or so it appeared. They may have been talking about the football game yesterday for all I know.. Felt like I need a shower after I left and I felt the urge to check to make sure my wallet was still in my pocket.. Please be careful these folks are nasty and sneeky. Stay away or bring a guard dog.
