    I don’t understand how it cost me 1000.00 for maintenance on a car I’ve only had 6 mths, I went there for oil change and they came out with a list of things they want to do. I’ve had nothing but trouble with BMW Sudbury when I bought the car I should have know I had to go back 8 times.

    Yordanys provided the service advisor guidance that I would be expected from the number of years I have been associated with Herb Chambers. But I must also add that Yordanys provided more. His addition to detail enabled a long morning to end in a very productive and resolved day. That was very much appreciated by this long-standing customer.

    Perfect experience! We inquired regarding a vehicle online, were received a call the next morning from Chris that the car had been delivered that morning. We asked if it would be possible to purchase/trade in on the same day because we live nearly two hours away, he made it happen! We arrived home with our new dream car 6 hours later. Chris, Jack & Amr were wonderful!

    Just made my third purchase of a BMW from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, As in two prior purchases, I was offered a reasonable price, a fair trade-in, and assistance in obtaining a loyalty discount from BMW USA. Overall, our experience with this dealership has been good. Wilson Dowbridge is a very knowledge and very helpful Sales Rep. He quickly providing all of the info we needed to make a decision.

    I went there to get my car serviced and the inspection updated, but they forgot to update my sticker and still charged me. When I pointed it out, they promised a refund for the inspection, but they forgot that too!

    Darwin at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury did a fantastic job helping with our new car purchase. He had enough knowledge of the cars we considered to answer every question on the spot. His communication style in person and by phone and text was very clear and efficient. The purchase process moved very smoothly from sales to finance. Overall it was a simple and enjoyable experience.

    I made an appointment to bring my car in for its state inspection. 2pm appointment and I left at 330. Unacceptable. No offer to wash of clean car.

    Service kept my car for over a month and a half for “ part on order “. Unless I initiated request for status heard nothing. When I did initiate request for status update was told no idea when part would arrive. Finally received notice car was repaired but clear car was kept under a pine tree as car had sap and pine needles all over. Very dissatisfied!!!!

  • Buyer beware

    This dealership has poor customer service from sales to service, unless you can get the attention of management. The hold time on phone calls is ridiculous. Often no one answers at all. Rarely do they return phone calls. After my car was purchased I had issues with the car as soon as I left the dealership. My salesperson and her direct assistant sales manager avoided my calls until I physically showed up at the dealership. Remarkably, this finally got things moving. My salesperson and her assistant manager also tried to tell me I could not have a loaner for my used vehicle needing repairs immediately after I bought it. Obviously, this was not the case. My sales person assured me the surface scratches would be buffed out before pick up, this clearly didn’t happen but there were so many other undisclosed issue I let this go. The dealership also claims to inspect used cars. So I’m not sure how they missed the two missing puddle lights (with wires hanging out) and lane change assist shutting down at 45mph (among other things)! To have all the issues repaired it took a month and a half after purchase. If I had not been vigilant the dealership would have easily pushed me aside. I went to, what I thought was a reputable dealer for a pre-owned BMW. I thought this would save me the headache of undisclosed issues. I was wrong! I will never purchase a car here again. And with all the issues this car had, no one, from sales to service, has ever called to follow up and make sure I was satisfied or apologize for the nonsense, time and effort it has taken to get things right. Although I did receive two identical thank you notes from my salesperson thanking me for my purchase, ha! Shame on them!
