I bought fast and he kept the pace and worked with me to get what I wanted out of the vehicle as far as price-point, understanding of options and… timing/delivery. He was friendly to work with and delivered what he said he would deliver. Would work with him again if I decide to stay in the BMW family in 2.5 years.Great Purchase Experience!
by SherriJes on 08/23/2018We had a great experience purchasing our 2018 BMW X3 from Charlie Karkaetedes. We were impressed with the amount of communication we received from Charlie. He kept in touch with us throughout the process of ordering the car with the options… we wanted and kept us updated on the build timeline. Once the car was delivered to the dealership, Charlie spent a fair amount of time going over the entire car and kept asking if we had any questions. He also followed up after we left to make sure we were enjoying the car. We would recommend Charlie wholeheartedly if you are in the market for a BMW. This is our third one but our first at this dealership and we would not hesitate to go back when we are in the market for another one.Exactly what I wanted

Outstanding Service!
by dweisman on 03/16/2018Recently had my car serviced at BMW of Sudbury. My service advisor, Bill Kramer, was fantastic! First I had a loaner - and had to go to Boston to help a friend at the hospital. I hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. BMW Roadside assist… was fantastic - towed car back to BMW and provided a Lyft home - all covered by my warranty. Then Bill managed to get the cost of the tire covered by Pirelli - proving that some good deeds do go unpunished. I left my work parking garage transponder in the original loaner and Bill quickly retrieved it for me. He kept me appraised of all the work and timeline for completion. Thank you!Great Experience!

by Germancarnut on 11/01/2016My service trip started off on the wrong foot, somehow the appointment that I had made over the phone did not show up in the service department's computer. I asked to see the service foreman, Kamal Jalalzadeh, and discuss the… "service-engine-soon" warning light being lit and my car was idling roughly, and he assured me that he knows what the problem may be. He took the car in even the appointment was not in his system, and the mechanic replaced all ignition coils and spark plugs. I was on my way in 2 hours rather than having to retrace my 15 mile trips each way from home next week. Kamal is my man! 2016 BMW 528i xDrive
by k_tanaka on 06/13/2016Working in the same industry it was refreshing to see and experience the complete opposite of the negative stigma consumers view automotive dealerships. The first person I interacted with was Debby Toto (Client Care Specialist). She… contacted me immediately in regards to the vehicle I inquired on. She was transparent; detail oriented and was extremely informative throughout our communication via email. Right off the bat I knew Herb Chambers put their best foot first since other BMW dealerships quoted me over $100 more a month on a BMW 528i xDrive. Because of her kindness, professionalism and efficient work ethic I scheduled an appointment with her on Saturday. Upon arriving Saturday morning Debby introduced me to Marjorie Nicholas (Client Advisor). She was hand down the best salesperson I have ever worked with; I wish I could hire her! The process from there was seamless from the test drive, showing me the features and benefits, selection and negotiation. I dont think negotiation is the right term because she treated me like a friend and it was as if my friend was just trying to make the BMW work within my budget and she did! She knows the product in and out which made my decision making so easy! The final employee I worked with was Bradford Carlson (Business Manager); he is smart, personal and has an extremely bright future in any career he pursues whether its in the automotive industry or commercial real estate. Within minutes from agreeing to terms with Marjorie he already had an approval and had all the paperwork ready for me. He diligently went over the different coverage options available to me as a first time lessee. I know this review is dragged out but I really hope Herb Chambers, the General Manager and the General Sales Manager know how valuable their employees are and how big of an asset Debby, Marjorie and Brad are. Each employee also respected my time hence time is the most valuable thing in this world. They clearly know that they arent in the car industry theyre in the people business. The culture the 3 live by truly portrays the real and sincere culture Herb Chambers implements within. Thank you Debby, Marjorie, Brad and Herb Chambers Company for such a great experience.
