I never look forward to the pressure of buying a new car, however this experience was great. Ussa did not use any pressure and the… experience was great. I've visited a couple of dealerships in the area and Lexus of Watertown stood out from others with their different sales styles. My sales agent, Barbara… Goodman, was never pushy, which I was impressed with as I tend to spend a lot of time thinking before buying anything. Numerous calls and emails from other dealerships drove me away even further. She was also honest with her thoughts on different models and features, which was I what I needed in order to make an informed decision. The receptionist immediately guided us to the kids playroom and offered us snacks and water and coffee. This was a great playroom for a… toddler, well thought out in terms of its layout and a variety of toys. Mustafa Akhtar worked with us within the playroom instead of making us go to his desk/office, which was so considerate and appropriate, it made the whole process of buying a car (with a child) seamless and easy. At every step of the way (test driving with a car seat and toddler, paperwork with a toddler in tow), he made it extremely easy for us, so much so that we felt like family members. He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and confident driving the car, testing with all the features I would find useful. I am immensely impressed and grateful to Mustafa as well as the team at Lexus of Watertown for such a wonderful and considerate experience.RX450h

Our sales rep, Ussa ( Ujwal Pradhananga ) was the ultimate gentleman and couldn't do… enough for us. It has been a long time since I have met such a knowledgeable sales rep about his product. He answered every question we had but we didn't have many because he went over the entire vehicle so well. I waited until the end of the year to capitalize on year end savings. I visited several Lexus… dealers closer to my home who were not able to assist me. I visited Lexus of Watertown for the first time late one evening near closing time and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Ussa without hesitation took me for two test drives at 7:30 p.m. and went over options with expertise and patience. He helped me identify the car that was right for me, and while it wasn’t on the lot, Ussa and the manager located multiple cars elsewhere that were a fit for me. I bought a car that night with confidence and savings (an IS350 Fsport). I never felt rushed by Ussa or Tiffany who both worked late on two occasions to help accommodate my schedule. Financing was easy with Bob. Delivery went seamlessly with Ussa and Michael who reviewed the technology until I was comfortable. Service was unparalleled (and I visited a lot of dealers). I highly recommend Lexus of Watertown. Please ask for Ussa. You will receive the best car buying experience!Service
