Easy to work with, got a good deal

James Hawkins worked with us, and he showed us everything we wanted to see, giving honest, straightforward pro/con analysis of new cars, used cars, cars of other make, etc. He struck us as very… trustworthy, and having done a lot of research myself, I can confirm he was giving it to us straight. He was also impeccably polite and managed to do the little things to help us out. We were offered a seemingly great deal from a different dealership, but the whole thing seemed a little shady and we were worried about their reliability. Toyota of Watertown came back with their own great deal, and with them we had no concerns and took it without hesitation. Their financing office was also painless and not the high-pressure or bait-and-switch situation you might expect. Just went through a few things we politely declined, pounded out the paperwork, and we were on our way!Toyota of Watertown

He erased what has been confirmed in my previous experiences of what a "used car… salesmen" is. Steve was a great before, during and after the process. I will be back!Long Time Happy Customer

I had my car in for service today and had another excellent experience. There are many dealers to chose from, but… in my opinion, Toyota of Watertown is The Best. They know how to sell cars without pressuring the customer and they service their products in a friendly, professional way. You know what to expect and they always meet expectations. Toyota makes a great product, but the reason we keep going back is because of the dealer - the way they treat people - always with the utmost honesty and respect The Best.Watch out

Toyota Lexington gave us the the deal Toyota Watertown had originally… indicated would buy the car.Amazing!

Because of Steve S and Alex, I was able to trade in my 2003 Camry and walk out as a new 2013 RAV 4 driver! Alex and Steve took their time to find me the best deal… for what I was looking for. They were so incredible helpful running all different numbers for all the different options I was given. I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for, but luckily with their help I couldn't have found a better vehicle for my dollar. I've not only been a customer in the dealership business, but also an employee of a dealership and let me tell you - this place knows how to take care of their customers! I was astonished of how the entire processes went seeing as I was very skeptical given my dealership background. If you're looking to buy or lease, Toyota of Watertown is your best bet in the Boston area!
