    Ordered a small part for my toyota on their website. After 8 days of no news I logged in, saw order was still pending. Asked for a status update through their online portal. No response for 2 days. Emailed and sent a request through their site to cancel the order due to no updates on the part. 1 day, no response. The next day they ship out the part and charge my card after I requested for the order to be cancelled (by this point I had already bought the part elsewhere). I followed all of the company's policies for communication and received no communication whatsoever. They day after I request the order to be cancelled the part ships? If this is how they treat an online customer im not surprised to read the bad reviews elsewhere.

    Do not buy a car from these people.  The salesperson lied to me about the warranties of my used car purchase and when I sent to pick up the car they said the car never included warranties and would not hold up their end of the bargain.      They never apologized.  Mark told me "he wasted too much time".   They do not know how to treat people.  I struggled to get out the door with my baby and car seat and only the receptionist offered to open the door while Mark and the rest of the sales staff ignored me. DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT (I have since heard others say the same).  Don't spend your money here!

    I initially inquired online to serveral dealers. Michael was the first to call back. Went over the differences from 2011 to 2012 Camry. Shortly after I received a quote for the sport model with the exact options I was looking for. When I arrived he introduced to me to BB who pulled up 2 different camry's and went over the vehicles. No salesperson on the test drive was a relief. All in all I was in and out in about an hour. When I picked up my Camry the vehicle was pulled up front all set to go. Thanks.

    Used Edmunds.com for 5 dealerships to get quotes on a Camry LE. Two responded within 24 hours including Westboro. Asked for an itemized list of included items and received an answer within 24 hours. Brought the quote to Westboro and they honored it and I bought the Camry. Drove the Camry 800 miles in the first week and it drives beautifully! Miles per gallon slightly above sticker on the highway. Very happy with my new car.
