However when AAA came to charge the battery, he took the cover off while I watched and there was no circuit board on top of the… battery. So wonder why I got charged so much more.... because I am a woman and therefore it was assumed I could be told anything and would believe it? Because my car came from another dealership?excellent service

Salesman Jon Taulbee sought to understand our family needs, provided perfect pre-owned and pre-owned certified options within our budget, closed the deals, and delivered the… vehicles cleanly detailed, and followed up to our satisfaction. When we went shopping for that second vehicle, we went straight to Jon. We plan to do likewise when we have to replace of primary family vehicle within the next few years, and we plan to send our friends to Jon when they're looking for a car.Oil Change On Time

by geneknoth on 07/25/2018Car transmission failed and I was towed to Champion Buick - GMC after getting repair cost elected to trade cars. The sales department went into hi gear and was able to get me a loan and put me back on the road to get to grand daughters… graduation party with a hour to spare. Pretty quick turnaround for some one they didn't know and wasn't really looking to trade cars. Finance officer and salesman were really on the ball.LOF on 2017 Acadia

According to my experience, finalizing the deal in the finance guy's… office is usually a hasty and often overwhelming (a situation used in some dealerships to talk you into all kinds of additional stuff you don't want). But this experience was definitely different. Matt was super nice and patient with us. The entire process was very transparent.Quality service

We repeatedly told him that we were not ready to make a decision on the car and he kept bringing up ways to ensure that we buy the car without leaving. After… visiting 10 other dealers in the area, this was extremely frustrating because almost every other dealership was very hands off. You either like the car, or you don't. Everybody has their own set of criteria for buying and liking a car. We were deciding between a GMC and a Jeep and the dealer made a point to keep bringing up how the GMC was superior and how we shouldn't even be considering the Jeep. Are you kidding me? Other makes are of really good quality too so they shouldn't be shocked that theirs isn't always the best. We tried for over a half our to leave the dealership and give them a decision at a later time, but they kept coming up with questions or statements to keep us there. We should have just got up and left and went to a different dealer. I'll have a really difficult time recommending Champion GMC to anyone else.
