Great people and great service

I recently has a small accident sliding on ice and progressive determined that my car should be totaled. I was devastated as I had recently paid off the vehicle. not only was Tim in the Collison shop awesome at guiding me through… everything, Pat in used cars sales got me in to a great new used car that was newer and less mile than what I had. These guys made a traumatic situation much better for me. 5 stars.

Krystal is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating, so much so… that I even leased a car from Crest recently. I had planned to switch to BMW or Audi but she talked me out of it. Waiting area is clean with beverages,… magaines, TV to entertain you while you wait, the only problem is your service is often completed before your program, or newspaper article.Communication breakdown
