  • Clean, Sales person was nice, service dept was okay

    2014 Ford Escape. The sales person was helpful. I had to bring the vehicle back since I saw a long scratch on the sides and didn't see it until a certain light since the vehicle is black. There was also a dent in the plastic between theโ€ฆ passenger and rear windows. I pointed out a few scratches and they took care of the long scratch but forgot a few others. They said they cannot repair the dent since they would have to replace the part and assured me that it will be ok and not bubble up in the cold weather or heat. The sales person advised me that all vehicles will have a scratch on it and even the new ones but I know that isn't correct. I did have to go back the next day to the dealer since my tire pressure was low. Also my coolant wasn't filled up all the way or windshield wiper fluid. The coolant was below the minimum level and they assured me that was ok. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. Overall, my experience was good. I just wasn't sure if the service department really looked at the coolant or really checked out my vehicle to make sure it was ready to go when purchased.

    I could not have had a better experience at Village Ford. I recently leased a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport - I love it! My sales consultant was a pleasure to work with! She was thorough, fair, and honest and made me feel totally comfortableโ€ฆ throughout the entire car buying experience. I did not feel pressured at all. She took the time to understand my background, why I was in the market, and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier!

    Nick the Service Manager did an outstanding job. He has a can do attitude and goes out of the way to help customer. I have been dealing him with many many years. He is the best. He knows his stuff. I wish him the brilliant success.

    Always a great experience whenever I need to come in for work on my car. This time, I had to come in for a recall. Per usual, all staff were amazing and super helpful.

    Brought the car in for an oil change and asked the staff to look at a tire that we thought was problematic. Dropped the car off the night before. Not only did the staff have the car ready to go by 10:00 a.m. the next morning, but the tireโ€ฆ was fixed and a recall on the car taken care of in addition to the oil change. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

    I brought in my 2013 Fusion to address an airbag light that had come on. There were multiple recalls on my vehicle but no parts were available, so the appointment was just for the light. I worked with Beckie Audritsh and after I droppedโ€ฆ off my vehicle she gave me a call to explain that my Restraints Control Module needed replacement per one of the recalls. She told me she would get emergency parts for the fix, despite their unavailability. She arranged a loaner vehicle for me at Enterprise and made sure all costs were covered. She also made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership and Enterprise. Beckie did an excellent job of keeping in contact with me over the phone and via text message. The text messaging was particularly helpful! My vehicle stayed at the dealership over the weekend and was ready for pickup Monday afternoon. I was not available to pick it up until Tuesday morning and that was no problem for Enterprise or Village Ford. The service was excellent and improved greatly since the last time I came in. Thank you!

    Steve Miscuk stepped up again for me after a major accident which totaled my barely one-month old Fusion. He found me a much better equipped car for around the same payment. Took care of the loose ends while I was recovering and deliveredโ€ฆ on time on budget with no surprises. Even the General Manager: Bob Wheat, took time to shake my hand and express his concerns over my accident. Great Price is one thing, but Great Service is hard to find. Great job (again) Village Ford!

    Steve Mizcuk was excellent to deal with. We met the management staff and they were very pleasant and easy to deal with as well. We got the vehicle in the color combo with the options we wanted. I usually don't enjoy the car purchasingโ€ฆ experience, but the folks at Village Ford made it a very easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

    I wish I had know my explorer had lost 3rd gear, before the service department replaced $400 worth of bolts. Service is always great, just wish they had informed me that my explorer can not go above 30mph before fixing a much smallerโ€ฆ issue. Ended up having to turn in my explorer for a new car the day after my car was serviced.

    My power Steering went out while driving last week.turns out it is a brand new recall.I spoke with a Village Ford Service Advisor (Rebecca) she got the repair covered by Ford (as it should be) got me a loaner for the holidayโ€ฆ weekend.Contacted me Tuesday morning to come pick up my car.The power Steering has been repaired and all is well.Thank You Village Ford.     Our salesman, Jim Bowling, went above to find my Edge in excellent time. I expected to wait 4 to 6 weeks instead he found it in 2 weeks. He was very helpful throughout this whole process. I love my new Edge. Everyone at the dealershipโ€ฆ was very helpful especially Jim and the IT gentleman.

  • Tire Replacement Experience

    I had a set of 4 tires installed on my wife's Escape. The service went well. The service writers were very nice and helpful. However, some improvements could be made. The tires were not at the correct tire pressure when the vehicle wasโ€ฆ returned. The correct pressure is 32 psi, all the tires were at 45 psi. I understand that the tire beads need to "seat" and settle, but a 13 psi difference is to much to ignore. If it is standard practice to over inflate new tires, then, at least, the customer should be told to adjust the tire pressure after a specified period of time. I knew to check the tire pressure and I did so when I returned home. I adjusted the pressure and everything is good, but I should not have had to do this. Or, at least, I should have been told to check the pressure.

    My car was in the bump shop after an accident and they told me it would be be two weeks and it was. My car looks better now than when it was new.

    If you have the coffee machine working, a comfy chair (Quick Lube ones aren't great ๐Ÿ˜ฃ) and a kind staff, I could probably stay all day! I came in because my low tire pressure sign came on, and the young men said it would be a long waitโ€ฆ because 8 people were in front of me. I brought a book, so what did I care๐Ÿ˜€ About 2 1/2 hours later they came and said they found a nail and fixed the tire. Time flew! These young men are ALWAYS kind and considerate and I truly appreciate that.

    5000 mile checkup, oil change, tire rotation-used the shuttle service and was called when it was completed and the shuttle driver was sent to my house--the service was great.

    I always get my 2009 Ford Escape serviced at Village Ford. Quality workmanship and professional staff. Service and repairs are always performed in a timely fashion.

    My only problem is disappointed that I had to repair motor mount and sway bar at 60,000 miles - just thought this was too soon to have these problems. also very expensive...
