    Brought my vehicle in for service. From the moment that I walked in the door until the moment that I picked up my vehicle, Someone was in touch with me. Upon pick up a thorough explanation was given of services performed and I felt comfortable with the service rep. He was friendly and professional.

    This is my 3rd Assessment as to why my vehicle still has the same issue after your mechanic fixed the wrong parts and didn't return the old parts. I am consistently occurring debt by utilizing rental cars, my vehicle staying in the dealership facilities off and on and missing out on my work activities. Your facility NEVER has any loaner vehicles to assist with my inconvenience of not having a vehicle and I have yet to find out the root cause as the alternate dealership has me on a 2 week waiting list for a loaner vehicle. Once they perform the warranty services on my alleged "Front Brakes", I will be in touch to figure out if that fixes the actual issue and compensation for these inconveniences. Such as rental car reimbursement. Stay tuned!

    In town for a Lions game, my truck was running incredibly rough leaving the hotel - shaking and wouldn't leave 1st gear. We were lucky to find Jefferson Chevrolet a mile down the road. We left the truck in their care to work on alternative means of getting home, over an hour away. Assuming the worst, the call the next day left me stunned. Less than $150, only having to address a clogged throttle body. While clearing the code they informed me of another code, that was not related to my issue - was of significant cost - while assuring me the fix wasn't needed immediately and I could address it with my local dealer. Above and beyond, Reggie, incredibly friendly and reassuring all the way. With no mechanical experience, often coming in cynical, it was so refreshing appreciating such an honest assessment and repair.

    My family always bought GM cars as of today I would recommend any other company but GM I took my vehicle in for repairs on 1/31/2023 on and off and just got my vehicle back on 4/27/2023 and not repair after I paid my money 3,200 then i was told i have to purchase a motor on top of that quoting me a price $10,000

    I had a wonderful experience. Met the Service Manager Mike who explained things in detail and always had an answer. They kept me informed by text, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend them. Shawn also did a fantastic job in the Body Shop.
