Best experience at VIC Canever

Perfectly smooth and flawless process overall from searching to purchasing.
It was really hard to find the 2025 Tahoe with all of the features I was looking for, but I found VIC Canever had one on Monday. Michelle got back to me right after… my inquiry, and I was able to receive most of the information I needed over the text (which I liked the best!). Since it was about an hour away from my home, I wanted to make sure everything before I made the trip. Michelle understood this, and she was so supportive without push.
When I visited the dealership on Wednesday, I've only had couple of hours available before I had to leave for my kids school. Rob welcomed me and my wife with great smile:). They made sure to prepare the vehicle for me.
The document process was quick and easy. Rob was so kind and knowledgeable, and he did his best to get me the best trade in value of my vehicle. Since all information was shared in advance, I was able to reduce the processing time a lot. They got me the best APR in this bad time for car loan.
Even the financing team did not push me hard, but provided enough information (I normally feel uncomfortable at this stage of discussion with the financing team after all the work with the sales rep because they usually push additional protection plans after I complete my payment calculation).
From visit to driving my new 2025 Tahoe back only took 3 hours. Record!!

Then she went out of her way to deliver it to me, even spending time sitting in the car with me to explain the functions. All this within 24 hrs! I appreciated the welcoming, no pressure atmosphere that I encountered at Vic Canever, and especially the service I received from Dana.Well worth the drive (50+ miles) to purchase my new Trax!Satisfied

From the salesman Lonnie to the manager Chris to Mark the Finance manager and Matt helping out when Lonnie was with another customer and Jeff… the owner. They helped me find the car i was needing and put up with all my questions and concerns. I was very happy with the experience. The dealership was a very friendly and warm place, no pressure which for me made the experience very nice. Was also happy that your oil change price was lowered to be competitive with others as I would prefer to have my change done… there. Wondered if the carwash was going to be fixed - missed getting a clean car back after service.A bad situation turned good!

I was told by a friend that I should go and see Lou Columbus at Vic Canever. I am so… thankful that I did. He was beyond helpful and worked extremely hard for me. I know my situation wasn't the easiest, but Lou helped me make the best decision possible with the what I was able to afford. I am forever grateful to the Vic Canever team but most of all Lou. This was on a Monday evening, and my car didn't get looked at until Thursday! I think that's a little bit too long. Once it did get looked… at, and figured out the problem, everything was fine.
