by Hojin Lee on 04/11/2025Perfectly smooth and flawless process overall from searching to purchasing. It was really hard to find the 2025 Tahoe with all of the features I was looking for, but I found VIC Canever had one on Monday. Michelle got back to me right after… my inquiry, and I was able to receive most of the information I needed over the text (which I liked the best!). Since it was about an hour away from my home, I wanted to make sure everything before I made the trip. Michelle understood this, and she was so supportive without push. When I visited the dealership on Wednesday, I've only had couple of hours available before I had to leave for my kids school. Rob welcomed me and my wife with great smile:). They made sure to prepare the vehicle for me. The document process was quick and easy. Rob was so kind and knowledgeable, and he did his best to get me the best trade in value of my vehicle. Since all information was shared in advance, I was able to reduce the processing time a lot. They got me the best APR in this bad time for car loan. Even the financing team did not push me hard, but provided enough information (I normally feel uncomfortable at this stage of discussion with the financing team after all the work with the sales rep because they usually push additional protection plans after I complete my payment calculation). From visit to driving my new 2025 Tahoe back only took 3 hours. Record!! Thank you Rob and Michelle for your supports. Knew what he was doing and knocked it out quickly and accurately. Cost, not… everyone’s favorite part, but within reason. Timing, had open appointments within a few days of checking online or over the phone. Where as another local dealer was scheduled out 1.5weeks out.Thank you for your wonderful review, Scott!
