He was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Not only that, but, he was very quick to respond to my texts and calls. I contacted him on a Friday and I was signing paperwork and getting my keys the following Monday!!! Now… that IS service at the next level!!

by Tobuyaford on 04/17/2016I am contemplating buying a new vehicle and honestly have never been overly satisfied at Crest Ford service department. I think customers should be greeted upon arriving at the Service Department-Hello. Do you have an appointment? etc… (basic things). My vehicle is very noisy-it didn't used to be like that but "everything is ok. Sometimes these cars are noisy" is what I was told. If that's the case, do I REALLY want to go buy another Ford???? I was told there was no leak in the muffler/resonator (which my boyfriend had already told me) and from there that it was just the vehicles get noisy. My Escape is 5 years old. I don't think it should be noisy with no explanation at this point. (NOTE: I had an issue where I kept having low tire pressure and took it in a few times before miraculously a nail was found in that tire-go figure). The staff in the office off of the waiting area were on personal phone calls. I really don't want to hear their conversations. The mileage was wrong on my paperwork and on my oil change sticker. Initially the amount I owed was wrong so pointed that out and it got corrected. Mike apologized but it just makes me wonder what else was missed/wrong. Feel like that was it for this experience. I have the name of a salesperson at Bill Brown and someone from Gorno has contacted me (based on me requesting info online) so in purchasing a new vehicle, I am looking at driving much further because of my experience at Crest (which is about a mile from my house). When I go to these other dealerships, I'll be talking to people waiting in their Service Dept waiting room.Worth the drive to buy from Crest Ford

Not only did I get into a GREAT car, but the pricing was exactly what I was looking… for. We live an hour away from Crest Ford, but wouldn't purchase from any other dealership. Totally worth the drive!clean work area
