by Joseph_L1956 on 08/27/2016Car was disabled and needed tow. Arrived at F.F. after hours. Problems were diagnosed as soon as space became available, which was very quick. S. Advisor called me w/ diagnosis and estimate. Repairs were authorized and performed quickly… and very satisfactorily. It is wife's car, and she was extremely pleased with the service advisor and the promptness of the repairs. Fully expecting a delay of several days, we were pleased with the prompt attention paid to the car. Of course, this has a lot to do with whomever does the scheduling for the technicians, and we appreciate his efforts. The service advisor was absolutely great! We were kept well informed of any issues and the progress of the situation. We were extremely pleased! Our thanks go to all who were concerned with the services.Fox ford oil change

by tpmanus on 07/09/2015Ford used car sales about their 2013 Ford Edge Limited for sale, expressing interest in this vehicle. I was passed to a particular sales consultant. We spoke, and I sent him my 2011 Ford Edge Limited VIN# to begin investigating trade-in… value. I was motivated to move forward with further discussion. After waiting, waiting, I sent an email to this sales consultant wondering why I had not heard back. His response, Yea. Sorry. Found out that car is being driven by employee. That's on vacation. Thats it, nothing further. No plan of action, no apologies, nothing. No further response. Next day, June 30, I email this same sales consultant asking when is the car due back. His response, July 6. Period. No plan of action, no apologies, nothing. So I respond to him, So what's the game plan? You checking on my VIN? You plan on getting pics to me on July 6? Need you to be proactive on this. His smart a## response, Yes will send pics over on Monday and get the car into service for inspection and maintenance... Plan on that. I wanted to be proactive and start working the deal and not wait until this week to begin negotiation. The sales consultant went on to state we had to wait until the car returned to do anything, and he would contact me Monday of this week. Well, Monday July 6 came and went heard absolutely nothing from him. So, this morning July 8, I contacted Fox Ford again via online chat and stated I wanted a different sales consultant, due to unresponsiveness of the consultant. My contact said she would pass my concerns to the Used Car Sales Manager and ask to have a different consultant contact me. Another consultant contacted me approximately 1.5 hours later, and we spoke. He was helpful, but side-tracked with some other customer. I explained my frustration with events thus far, and asked him to look the car over for any dings, scratches, upholstery defects before I drive to Grand Rapids from Dayton, OH. 5 hour drive. He said he understood completely, and would get back to me after wrapping up with the customer. Considerable time went by, and it wasnt until roughly 5pm when this consultant calls me. He says, I have bad news. A sales person in new cars sales just sold the car." Unbelievable!!! Personally Im 58 years old, purchased many cars from different dealerships, and have never been treated like this.Service on F150

I needed to have a speaker replaced, so between my salesperson Ali and Brad the server manager, they got the part ordered, scheduled a date to turn in the truck and… had it repaired promptly. Ali went the extra mile to work with a Line-X vendor to spray line the truck bed. All of the work was done ahead of schedule. Allison called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Kudos to her and Brad.Best Service Team Around

We test drove exactly what we were looking for and were not "up-sold" on any vehicle or package available. The show room is clean and well organized. When we… found the vehicle we were looking for (Ford Edge), they didn't have it on the lot, but located one that could be shipped there free of charge. I was a little skeptical of going to pick up a vehicle that I hadn't driven before, but we couldn't be happier. When I picked it up (my wife could be there) our Sales Representative encouraged my wife to come in after the weekend so they could sync her phone and teach her how to use all the features. After the weekend, we had all the features figured out. The ease of all the technical feature on the Ford vehicles are amazing and, honestly, I have been a Chevy guy since I started driving almost 20 years ago. We couldn't be happier that we found this vehicle and the Sales Representative there that spent over a half a day with us. THANKS!pleasant

The transaction was very smooth and we drove away the new Escape several hours after our… visit. What impressed me the most was the number of people introduced, the 'Happy Guy' who sits in the new car and explains the features and the finance manager who is outstanding. (Happy Guy is the one who gets all the happy new owners!) This has been a great experience and has really left me with a great impression of Ford as a whole. We love the car.Excellent Service

Instead of looking to the profit they could make from attempting… to fix this base engine issue, the service representative and mechanic spoke with my husband about the reality of fixing this car. We were extremely happy to have a service center that was realistic in the repairs and the potential cost.
