I wasn’t prepared for all of the additional cost at the moment but they worked with me to elect items that made the most sense for me to get cost down.… Timeframe of full service was as expected with no delay. Comfortable waiting room and friendly staff! I also know the next steps for the preventative maintenance schedule and cost of each item so I can plan ahead. by Customer on 04/05/2022Like always oil change and tire rotation went relatively quickly . All except oil spilled inside my engine compartment. It’s supposed to burn off. WHEN ? That and the omission of the normal car wash -after service to remove any possible… oil smudges on my hood. Every thing was OKBest Service!!!

One of the owners ( Phil Meyer) took the time to help me decide why to buy new… again. Then he actually came up with the truck I needed. Very happy with the outcome. Sales staff, yes they actually have people working unlike some other businesses. Sales staff and service are excellent. Salesperson never called with update, had to call them, and was always told the same thing “it’s coming this… week”Hi Jerry. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. Satisfying experience
by Ray Booth on 03/31/2022Arrived for my scheduled 15K service appointment at our scheduled time and promptly was passed on to our service manager, Mike. We reviewed the planned work and I was asked if there was anything else needing attention. I shared that I had… heard/felt an irregular vibration underneath my vehicle and asked if they could look at a potential issue. Routine service was completed as planned and they spent additional time troubleshooting a potential causation of the vibration. All heat shields, clamps and other potential causes were looked at. No apparent issue found and I appreciated the initiative to look into this. Have not heard vibration since leaving the dealership. Was on my way in just over 2.5 hours. The waiting area had great WiFi coverage and I was able to work remotely in a pleasant environment….New car purchase
