Initial Maintenace issue with new Tahoe

I understand that I worked with a new salesman, but a bit more… training might have made my experience quicker and easier.By far the best in town!

Not one time did he try to push and budge me out of my comfort zone. He… listened to every thing I said and got me in my dream car and still living within my means! And Jesse.... not sure of his last name at the moment but he was my finance guy and he was absolutely A+mazing! A great person to work with from beginning to end of the deal! He completely explained the things I didn't know about and made sure that I "got it!" I've never been more happy to sign the papers, lol! All in all from start to finish it was by far my favorite time at a dealer! I was super comfortable and it was a feel good experience! Thank you! Your guys are the very best! I was waiting at the service and was anxiously… waiting since I had an appointment I needed to get to and Chad was very helpful and gone out of his way to get me out of there and made my appointment with 5 minutes spare. Thanks.A great buying experience.

Both of these gentlemen worked together to understand my needs first and then identify a vehicle to fill those needs. Once we found the model, they worked… with me to ensure that I had selected the correct trim and options. They did a fantastic job. I appreciate their professionalism working with me on my timeframe and approach to purchasing a vehicle. One guy said he would match the price. That is not fair to the company… that had given me a quote. Steve intervened and made a $938.00 sale that beat the competition by $100.00 Thanks steve- he is an asset to your company!Happy

I gave him the ending of VIN and when I went to test drive he remembered our conversation and had that exact vehicle pulled from lot. Makes for… a great sales consultant!!Great Experience!

by michael004 on 10/02/2014Did not use internet for making an appointment because it did not work last time - was told to call. I called three times and could not connect to a service person to make an appointment, left a message to call back but never happened. So… I just showed up for an oil change and tire rotation. Could not install a service item for a recall because they need an appointment to order parts. Very difficult to get good service at this dealer anymore. Quite disappointing.
