    Jeff, Isaiah and their manager, delivered above and beyond our expectations. We drove a vehicle, not quite our match. Reconnected after almost settlement on a different dealer We returned and ended up with much better value, and wanted to HUG the staff. (I did cry, and I am the husband)

  • Helping a College Student

    My daughter was at school in Grand Rapids when her check engine light came on. She had been in a car accident week before so we did not know if this was because of the accident. I called the dealership and was immediately connected with Vince. Vince was able to get the car into the service department the same day to take a look at the vehicle. With my husband and I living in IL, Vince was very good at keeping us updated on our vehicle. The service department determined the issue with the transmission was not from the accident and the problem was covered by our warranty. Due to vehicle no longer being drivable, we worked with Vince and Matthew at Todd Wenzel Body Shop and decided the best thing to do was to leave the vehicle in Michigan and have the Service department repair the transmission and once it was completed, they would move the vehicle to the Body Shop to repair the vehicle from the accident. I was very impressed with the amount of communication I received from Vince. Going forward I will have my daughter take her car to Todd Wenzel for routine maintenance while she is in Grand Rapids for the school year.

  • 2 hours for an oil change and I even had an appointment.

    I made an appointment for an oil change at 10am. My husband got there and was told it would be at least an hour and a half!!! For an oil change and a tire rotation? Then it was almost 2 hours by the time he was done and then didn’t even get the car wash that should have been included because it was “down”. We will be going back to Fox for our oil changes. What is the point of having an appointment when they take walk in’s in front of you and you have to wait 2 hours!! We had an amazing sales experience at Todd Wenzle but will go somewhere else for service.

    Went to get my oil changed with some other light maintenance needed based on mileage. They also noticed a small crack I hadn’t seen in the windshield they filled for me with a warranty if it starts forming again.

    Vince is always extremely helpful and friendly. Always thinking of customers and service, never charging me for unnecessary parts or labor. Always manages to fit me in if I’m early or late to an appointment. Helped me on many occasions. I will always get maintenance on all my vehicles through Vince. Very stand up guy, Todd Wenzel is lucky to have a guy like Vince in their work force.

    Dustin was Awesome! $94 for a preferred customer oil change is very expensive!!!! Im wondering what it costs for anyone else? Probably will start going elsewhere.
