Horrible Customer Service

The last time I came for service a year ago (June 14, 2021) he was incredibly rude and I refused to deal with him then. Fast forward a year later he is still very rude,… lacks basic customer service skills and almost slapped my father in the face with my vehicles inspection report because he asked questions about my vehicle. I will never recommend anyone to receive repairs or buy a vehicle from this dealership. All 3 times I've come I have been utterly disappointed with the service I received.Amazing customer service

by Joe on 05/17/2022I was not happy with the communication at all you said you would call me and keep me updated! I had to call every day to get answers! And on Monday you found out the part was on back order and not once did you tell me that until Wednesday… when my wife called to find out what was going on! And then all of a sudden the part came in and was fixed that same day! Sounds fishy to me!Great service

Quick service
by Laraine F on 05/16/2022Scheduled a service through a email link but when I arrived at 8:00 am they did not have me on the schedule. Checked in with Dustin and he explained a glitch in the scheduling link through email but assured me they could accommodate my… service needs. Relaxed in the comfortable lounge, drank the complimentary coffee, and visited the parts department to check on a roof rack and kayak carrier. My car was done in approximately an hour. Dustin checked me out, honored a service coupon, and wished me a good day. The entire appointment took about 2 hours from door to door and I drove out with a clean car. Excellent experience.We couldn’t be happier that Dustin provided you with a great experience. He is a true asset and we are lucky to have him on the Todd Wenzel team.

Saved me money

Somewhat Disappointed

I asked him how his day was going and he told me he is extremely busy and needs more… help. Helpful when a recall turned into a lot more

No surprises (outside all the issues found). Communication was very quick and… effective.We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us this note. Not a great week for the service department
by Jamal on 05/06/2022I made a Friday appointment with the service department to have two my key fabs worked on as well as two other projects. I was called later that day and informed that a part that was needed to complete the job wouldn’t be in until Monday.… However the technician who was helping me had a family emergency (nothing anyone can do about that) but nobody called me at all about my car. When I finally called on Wednesday I was told “oh, it’s ready.” I retrieved the car on Thursday, paid and got home only to find that only one fab was fixed. When I called to try and rectify the matter I was told they can’t see me until Monday. Service Director Matt Andrzejewski said that if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service provided then I should call him before filling out this survey. I called twice and never heard back. by Henry on 05/06/2022Brought car in first thing in the morning because my engine fan runs, after I shut off the car, until the battery dies. They looked it over for two hours before deciding it might be a resistor in the fan assembly (which they don't have).… For this they charged $180 and accomplished NOTHING.Hi Henry.
