An at more than half the price of what a dealership up north had quoted me. Your service… manager (Al Sawallich) is why I ended up at Bob Maxey. He's my big brother an I called to ask his advice. He told me about the kit used to fix my vehicle an that's why Bob Maxey could do it for less. I just can't thank you All enough!! After a not so great previous experience, they went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and that all the issues with my car were thoroughly looked into. I was given a nice rental… for the duration of my service time as well, which was incredibly helpful. My only complaint has to do with the poor defrost system installed in my current vehicle, which is certainly not Bob Maxey's fault. However, I'd love Ford Motor Company to know that I think they should be embarrassed that my 76 Pinto had a better defrost system than my 2015 Focus. Again, the management and staff in Bob Maxey's service department could not have done any more to ensure my satisfaction.We try to make your experience as simple and convenient as possible for you, gwyndol! It is great to hear that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations and really help you out! We look forward to seeing you again!

Jenny Olrich found what I wanted from another dealer however when I purchased the car it was missing a… remote key and a key for the one remote key. So I came back today to get these missing items. Tony from service took care of me. He was very optimistic and friendly. I appreciated his attention to my questions and helped me with what I needed what a nice fella. The renovations at the shop are very customer friendly nice job-When I serviced my 2008 Edge a few weeks ago you washed my car what a nice perk! I certainly will be back an as to the new 2015 Edge @ 300 miles WOW what a car!Great service.

The mechanic hoisted the car to check all the tires, and luckily due to the change in weather just needed an increase in air pressure. While… driving had a pleasurable talk with Bill, their driver. The Staff were polite and helpful as well.Dennis BALLA is the best!

Fantastic Service

Of course it happened six hours before I was heading to the airport for work, and of course I have special order tires on my vehicle and not the OEM tire. The parts counter was able to get… me a tire delivered to the dealership in less than 3 hours and then the service staff got it right in and replaced. They got me out of there and on the road with two hours to spare. I am grateful for the level of service I received and completely satisfied. When I need further maintenance on my vehicle there is nowhere else I will go. Thank you Bob Maxey of Howell.We appreciate your feedback of our Staff's outstanding service, TrevorBrooks!
