Best car buying experience ever!
Good Service

by MrsLJ on 05/28/2015I have a 2012 Ford Escape purchased at this dealership when it was Krug. The staff in the service dept. are very nice and helpful, but the last two out of three times I came in for service there, was a little problem. The first time, I… had my oil changed. After I came home, I began noticing oil on my driveway and in my garage. When I brought my vehicle back, I learned that my oil filter was not on tight and they fixed it. The next time I came in, everything was great! The last time I was there, I had asked for an estimate on how long it would take so I knew if I could come in on my down time from work during the morning (I work a split shift) or would have to wait til after work. They told me 1/2 hr to 1 hour so I went in the morning. The part replacement I was getting ended up taking a lot more time then they thought so I was going to be late for work. The staff member was very helpful and was keeping me updated with the progress. Finally, he came in and told me my vehicle was done, was pulled up out front and was running. He told me he would mail my paperwork. When I got home, I discovered that the door panel from my rear door was not re-attached and was sitting in the back of my vehicle. Also, there was a drill there. I had to return to the service again that day after work to have it put back on. The mechanic was very apologetic and said the vehicle was removed without his knowledge before he was finished. Last Thursday I was at the dealership again to purchase my leased vehicle. I told my salesperson about this and he did give my 3 free oil changes. All in all, I still like the people in the service dept. and will come back for my future service needs.Outstanding service.

They are fast, friendly, fair and do a great job keeping my car and truck running it's best. I've got over 110,000 miles on my 2008 Edge and they've… done all the service and the vehicle runs great. Service is done right the first time, on time and at or below the quoted price. Krug is the best when it comes to price & treating their customers GREAT!

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicles.
