    My experience was beyond the best. I bought my car from Jack Demmer & had a bad past experience. I decided to take my car to Bill Brown and from the minute I turned my car over the time I got it back, my experience was seamless. Everyone was really nice and the service was exceptional. I will be going there from now on for everything I need.

    My experience purchasing a mustang at Bill Brown Ford with John Ballarin was outstanding. John took excellent care of me and worked hard to get me the right vehicle at the best possible deal. it is very easy to understand why John Ballarin has such a great reputation. If you are considering a Ford, go see John.

    Thanks to Bill Brown Ford's service department and Quick Lane, my car runs as good as the day I bought it new. I have a 2012 Ford Focus with 116,000 miles on it. I know my car is going to be dependable to many more miles because of the great service I get from Bill Brown!

    Just purchased a 2013 C-Max from Kevin D'Arcy. He answered all questions and guided me through the entire process. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and within a short amount of time I was driving home in my newly purchased C-Max! Thank you Mr. D'Arcy!

    I was coming off a bankruptcy and need a fresh start, I went to Bill Brown Ford were my family has been buying and leasing cars for 30 years. Don Ausman and now his son Dave Ausman has been are family salesman for them 30 years and with the help from Mike in the credit department they got me into a 2015 Escape that is just great! I can't thank them enough or say enough how great they are. They stand by there customers and do there best to get you the best car or truck you want. I will stand by them/Bill Brown Ford like they stand by my family and recommend them to any one looking for a new or used vehicle!

    I just want to thank all of the New Car Salesmen at Bill Brown Ford for making me feel so welcomed. As a family, we have purchased all of our new cars from this dealership and can not recommend it more highly. Even our most recent purchase of a Fusion for our now 17 year old son was beyond pleasant. The salesman walked our son through the whole process and now I must say he prides himself on being a bit of an expert. This seriously must be the most professional and down to earth dealership.

    While Bill Brown has very friendly service personnel (they have to in order to lure you in), the price gouging is very apparent the minute the service attendent calls you to tell you "what they found" wrong with your vehicle. The magic number seems to be $500.00 for everything. My vehicle is only 4 years old but of course, out of warranty. A simple oil change and part replacement turned into over $3,000 in repairs had I been stupid enough to pay that amount. With the economic downfall in Michigan and autmotive slump, it is very apparent that Ford is trying to make up for lost vehicle sales by price gouging in service. How do dealerships plan to stay in business when loyal Ford customers are charged hundreds of dollars for a $25.00 part. I will definitely be servicing my vehicle at non-Ford specific repair shops in the future.

    Our sales person Laurie K. knew exactly which vehicle we needed for our family and made the sales process extremely easy. She also took the extra time to make sure she found the exact vehicle with the specific options we wanted. We will buy from Laurie and Bill Brown Ford again!

    I was recently in for service at the body shop on my 2011 Edge; just want everyone to know what a great bunch of folks work there. I was treated with so much respect. My car looks brand new! They did everything they could to accommodate me, including the courtesy car which was a very nice Escape. I hope never to see you again under any similar circumstances, but I will tell all my friends about how wonderful your service was to me!

    Its been a pleasure, as usual, to deal with Bill Brown Ford. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Al L. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go see Al! The 2nd day I had the vehicle, I ran over something that got lodged in my tire, and the service department took care of it immediately. My 16 year old daughter had to take it in because I was working and they made the experience very easy for her and were very professional. And best of all, they took care of everything with no charge to me! I will always shop at Bill Brown Ford and will use their service department. They provide the best customer service, are very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you to Al L., Pete B. and all involved in service.

    We had a very pleasant experience with our sales rep Tony. He made sure we had just the car we wanted and showed us how to use the features. This is the 2nd car bought from Tony and we would buy again from him.

    Our family has been buying or leasing Ford products for years from our salesman, Bob G. We followed him from another dealership and he has been very knowledgeable both of Ford products and of our needs. Besides he is very personable and I have recommended him to my friends without reservations. When our family's Mazda and Lincoln leases are near their termination dates, with complete trust, we will rely upon Bob once again with both future leases to arrange the best deal for us as he has in the past.
