This was one of the best car purchasing experiences ever! Bill Meier walked me through every step of the process. My favorite part was that he had all of the paperwork ready by the time I arrived at the lot and they delivered the car to myā¦ house! Communicating through text was the most convenient thing! Thanks again!

He took my application right over the phone per my request, and worked with my local credit union with theā¦ financing. I was able to pick up the vehicle same day. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and even helped me set up my iphone with the Bluetooth. I had questions after the fact and I was able to contact him and get my answers. I would highly recommend Corey!Friendly and respectful

He pre-appraised my truck with pictures I sent him and the vin and had numbers for me amazingly fast. He saved the car for us when another person was interested inā¦ it until we could get there to pick it up. We spent less time at the dealer than any of our past new car purchases and I walked out of there paying exactly wha he quoted me before I arrived. Everyone is very friendly and honest. We are very impressed and will happily make the drive over Ziegler Ford again.Best deal and service you can get anywhere!

I went right over to test drive the car and it was sitting at the front door waitingā¦ when I got there. I loved it and after the test drive, signed the paperwork and drove it home. I got an incredible deal and was totally impressed with Matt's professionalism and knowledge. I will go back to Matt from now on. Will Walton took care of me and made sure everything went smoothly. I am stuck inā¦ meetings most days, but Will was able to get everything setup for me through email and two short after-hours phone conversations. i spent a total of one hour at the dealership, including a twenty minute test drive, and walked out with a new vehicle with no hidden costs or haggling. This also includes buying my old car off of me! I highly recommend Zeigler Ford in Lowell. By far the best car purchase I've made (comparing to other Ford dealerships, BMW, Honda, and GM).Great service working with Will Walton

I kind of had an idea about which one I was looking for at the price I wanted, but working together I ended up finding another one that turned out even better. Willā¦ went the extra mile to help me out and made it a no pressure, casual-feeling experience. If you're in the market too I would definitely recommend seeing him.Salesman great!

It was located at another dealership and he jumped through all kinds of hoops and had the truck in our driveway in less than a week despite putting the truck through all the service checksā¦ before delivery. Having purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from Will Walton, I asked him to help me buy that one car. He (Will Walton) worked miracles and Iā¦ ended up receiving delivery of the car on November 20, 2015. It was like a dream come true for me, as I have wanted a high performance Mustang for many, many years. The day I took delivery convinced me, once again, that dealing with A dealership like Harold Zeigler Ford in Lowell is definitely the way to go. They treated me like family (unlike the treatment I've received at "mega" dealers elsewhere). From start to finish, Will Walton was great to deal with, and kept me informed along the way. I cannot thank Timmy Geney enough for finding meā¦ the exact car I wanted and helping me with my warranty issues after the purchase. My salesman, Steve Gilbert immediately went to work to find a red Escape with my list of must have.ā¦ Steve found my red Escape and had it transferred to the dealership, had my remote starter installed all within a few days. The response of my friends and family was Wow, you got your car already! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff treats you like you are a visiting friend. Steve and I swapped quite of few stories and were chatting more like old friends than customer vs salesman. I could not find what I wanted, I expanded my search and came across my dream truck from Harold Zeigler Ford Lowell, in MI ( With more features and for a betterā¦ price then many places around me I might add ). I contacted them promptly and had the pleasure of working with Steve Gilbert. This would be my first out of state vehicle purchase so I had many questions about how that would work, or if it was even possible. Steve helped me throughout my entire purchase experience. Within a day my paperwork was done and the trucked was locked in as mine, waiting for me to make the drive up in person to pick it up. ( this was a huge peace of mind ) Next thing you know, we are pulling into the dealership and there is my truck, backed in, front and center waiting for me! A few quick final signatures and thats that. Simple. Steve Gilbert and Harold Zeigler Ford Lowell could not have made it any easier for me. Great, great, experience.Excellent experience

The FIRST place I went was to Harold Zeigler Ford and was greeted by MATT FLANAGAN. He put me in an AWESOME Ford Edge to test drive. Iā¦ continued my search and test drove numerous other vehicles, all makes and models, at several other dealerships. Ultimately, I ended up right back where I started! Thanks to Matt's knowledge and EXCELLENT service, I drove off with the Edge of my dreams! He was professional, polite, knowledgable, friendly, and just a great guy!
