    Upon finding a 2019 F150 configured the way I wanted on Pat Milliken's website, I found the info on their website to be accurate and with stated pricing. In discussion with Dean in sales management, he set me up with Jeremy Keck to go through everything. I stressed that I don't buy vehicles very often and that I like it to be as business like as possible. I took a day off of work and came from out of state. Very satisfied that everything was professional and Jeremy handled everything with an exceptional demeanor.

    The saleswoman that I had the absolute pleasure of working with was named Katie Jesulaitis. From the exact moment that I entered the showroom, her personality and face lit up as if she were genuinely happy to see me. Of course, I know sales people do and should be happy to see potential customers; however, my most recent experience at a Chevy dealership I was with for my past 3 vehicles turned me completely off from the entire company. Mind you, I have been in a Chevy for 20 years straight and I have never (until this day) driven a Ford. I merely went in not thinking I was going to choose a Ford nor would I be able to get a new vehicle in my price range knowing I had negative equity. I was really just going to peek at a few cars and see if anything could happen; again, I had no high hopes based on my situation. I really was feeling defeated after the salesperson at Chevy basically blew me off and made me feel like I was not worthy to be in there. I cannot make this stuff up. So there I was, feeling like my upside-down Chevy created financial turmoil and there was nothing I could do about it. I was thinking I would have to go to a used car lot and just deal with the setback. Then, as I said, I walked into Pat Milliken Ford and met the most amazing young lady that turned my horrible prior experience into one of the most amazing outcomes. She cared, she listened, she actually heard what I had to say, and she took the time to hear me out. She was able to get all of my negative equity rolled into my new 2019 Ecosport. The vehicle is small, cute, perfect for me and my lifestyle and the most important part - I was able to stay within my budget and get out of the vehicle I was in. I have been in customer service my entire life and people are always quick to do reviews when things are negative or not up to par, but do not always take the time to praise the huge success stories. I had to ensure that I gave Ms.Katie kudos for a job well done! I have NEVER received such stellar service all while really feeling like she was being genuine and honest with me. I did not feel like she was going through the motions and just faking it to make a sale. I can honestly say that 100% because of my experience at Pat Milliken Ford with Katie Jesulaitis, I will forever be a loyal Ford customer. Because of her, my husband will be trading in his Silverado to join the Ford family. Thank you for hiring Katie and allowing her to be her. I wish we had more individuals like her in the world. Even though all worked out well, even if I had not been able to get into a vehicle, I would have recommended Ford/Katie to anyone that would hear me. I do not think that everyone in sales understands that you never know what kind of a day that someone may be having. The simplest things; smiles, handshakes, lending an ear....they go a long way.     Not sure what to expect when I arrived at Pat Milliken Ford Pre-Owned lot after finding the vehicle I was looking for on CARFAX.com, I found myself coming back to this same vehicle on-line as to the one I really wanted. After making several inquiries on 3 vehicles, Pat Milliken was the 1st to respond by phone shortly after I left them my information. I was able to put down a deposit and they held my vehicle for 4 days until I was able to go up there on a Thursday Night, a night for which they were open later. When I walk in the door, my wife and I were escorted to a salesman that was available. I was pleasantly surprised on how Wonderful Rick Dawkins was on helping my wife and I the vehicle I had reserved. We quickly took the car for a test drive and knew that was the one. Having everything I needed, Rick made all the arrangements for me to drive my new ride off the lot that same night in just a few hours. He even had a electronic technician go over the whole vehicle with me and Sync my cell phone to it. I felt as if the vehicle was mine ever since it was new. Rick was kind and courteous the whole time was very personable with my wife and I which made us very comfortable. If you love a Ford, I would highly recommend buying a Certified Pre-Owned Ford from Rick and Pat Milliken Ford. I even got a follow up email from Rick's Boss making sure that I was completely satisfied. I know where I will be making my next purchase when I need another vehicle.     My Pat Milliken Ford Experience: Several of my Ford Vehicles have been sales with and by the Kelly Family. From the Day I met the Father and two sons that make up the Kelly Sales Team I knew this was a long lasting relationship. I was not sold on a vehicle from the start. Trust, transparency, respect for my budget and specific needs along with wants and desires were expressed from the moment we greeted each other. My vehicle specs and pricing matched my expectations. I felt good about the very day I set foot into Pat Milliken Ford. Kelly Family you have a customer for LIFE! Unexpectedly, and on my own decision, I decided to take my Lariat to have serviced locally as PMF is about 40 minutes from my home. Dealership Service Departments are not the same, boy did I find this out the hard way. After three visits with two being on appointments I was disgusted with my service experience near my home with another Ford Franchise Dealership. Very frustrated I called Pat Milliken and spoke with Scott Duczyminski in Service. He heard what I had to say and listened to know that this was a topic the head of the service department at PMF needed to hear. Pat Lyons, department head, met with me and we discovered the warranty items and he planned a parts ordering immediately the day I was present. The dealership of origination, although a bit out of my way for service, took real life approach on a conscientious client/service team resolution. I was aware from Pat & Scott's word as well as follow up text messages on the status of repairs. My feelings towards them are with true respect to their trade. The vehicle was not delivered until Pat & Scott were satisfied with my services. They really stepped up where the other Ford Service Department failed. I made sure to call Ford Headquarters department of vehicle services to tell my experience. Now I want to make sure anyone considering Pat Milliken Ford knows that Sales & Service are second to none. Pat Milliken Ford is poised in making your dealership experience a success. I know this to be true because I feel good about this review and would like it to be shared. Sincerely, Anthony LoDuca

    My family have been getting cars from Pat Milliken for over 20 years. Don Kalie has been the one to helps us for as long as I can remember. He helped me purchase my last car and with our family growing and needing a larger car, we of course contacted Don. He always goes above and beyond to help find you an amazing deal. He's so nice and he gets the job done while also being a pleasure to speak to. He was able to get us a Flex and we couldn't be happier with his service. We will continue to work with Don as long as he's working there and highly recommend having him help you purchase your next car. Would also like to mention Frank R. He helped us get things started when we popped in to get our trade in priced. He's super sweet and highly recommend him as well.

    I am very please with my experience at Pat Milliken Ford. Shauntice Richmond has be Sales Rep for many years now, and I keep coming back. When I bring my car in for an oil change we just sit, chat and catch-up. I recommend my friends and family to her as well. I met my friend there to pick up a cookie order and she ended up purchasing another car. So we are all very happy with Shauntice and I highly recommend her for all your new car Sales needs.

    I had the pleasure of working with Shauntice Richmond at Pat Millikan and my experience was a great. Not only was she very knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions that I had ( I had a lot), but Shauntice was also very patient with me. I was very nervous about getting into a lease due to the fact that I had just purchased my first home. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to stay within my budget for a lease, but low and behold she worked it out. I have reliable transportation at a very affordable price. I look forward to working with her again in the future. If your looking for a great , knowledgeable, not pushy salesperson to keep you within your budget, than Mrs. Shauntice is the person you want to speak to

    My wife and I were searching for a certain color combination new Ford Flex and located the one we wanted at Pat Milliken Ford. We live in Minnesota so this was not your usual purchase. I contacted the dealer and had the pleasure of working on the deal with Kevin Creech. Kevin went out of his way in dealing directly with my credit union on finance, and my insurance company to make sure the car had the correct paper work for the drive home. The price was just what I expected to pay for this Flex with the options I wanted. I flew into Detroit airport and Kevin even came and picked me up at the airport, now that is service! The whole purchase went smoothly as well as having a tech expert come out with me to the car and go over all the features the Flex has. My wife and I are very happy with our Flex purchase at Pat Milliken. Thanks, Kevin!!

The knowledge and professionalism from my sales representative, Keith Kelly, will keep me coming back for all of my Ford purchases. It's great to have a sales person that is able to deliver what the customer wants & when the customer wants it. It took a lot of searching to find the exact truck I was looking for and Keith Kelly was able to deliver once more.

    I've brought my business to Don Barker for the last 3 vehicles that I've leased and decided to return again. He made the process relatively smooth and found the vehicle that I was looking for. He also continued to search for additional available rebates and found the best deal for me. We communicated through email and he was able to meet in the evening which was very convenient for my busy schedule. In all it was a great experience and I will continue to bring my business to this dealership.

    Another not so successful service here at Pat Milliken. This time, I was given the response that they could not find out why my engine was racing in idle and why my low oil pressure alarm came on while the engine was racing in park. That makes no sense to me. I thought the computer brain in vehicles record all issues with the vehicle. I was patronized with a comment that "The low oil pressure light comes on when the key is turned in the ignition" DUH - and so do the rest of the idiot lights... obviously, my explanation was not good enough regarding the problem, so they gave me "basic" car info...of course I was charged over $100 for the education of sorts and then they released my vehicle to me. I've had numerous issues with the service department here. It was so bad years ago, that I started taking my vehicles to Tom Holzer for about ten years. I continued to purchase my cars/trucks from Pat Milliken and got excellent service from Tom Holzer. I decided to give Millikens service department another chance, and they continue to be well below par, and continued to blow it, I am now reconsidering where I will get my 2 FORD vehicles serviced...AGAIN!
