My car buying experience couldn't have been any easier! My salesperson Donald and I got everything done by phone in one day. Royal Oak Ford took care of everything and took what can be a stressful situation and made everything run smoothly.

by carlady410 on 03/23/2016If I could rate lower than a 1 star, I would. Everything went perfectly fine with the salesman. He was a gentleman and helped us quickly without overselling what we weren't interested in. The problem came into play on day 2 when we came… back to finish purchasing the vehicle. After being told to come back at a certain time so we could quickly get in and out of there, we had to wait well over an hour. Then, we sat with the low-life finance "professional" that they have. After trying to "get us a lower payment" by pretty much doubling the interest rate through one of his "preferred" banks, we politely (multiple times) told him we weren't interested. My fiance had a better rate through Capital One and that's who we wanted to go through. This angered the finance guy and he begrudgingly agreed to go through Capital One. He then took the next two minutes to quickly work with the bank online to send the pre-approval through. Mind you, this was after he feigned confusion over how we would get a "check" from the bank and need to come back later because it was such a difficult process with those banks (Capital One and Chase.) Lovely, huh? And here's the kicker...after it was too late and we were already home and about to make the first payment to the bank, we realized that that guy signed my fiance up for Citizen's Bank and we were naive enough not to notice until the bill came in. Wise up fellow car purchasers. Don't let this place take you for a ride. I will NEVER recommend anyone go to this dealership. I'm going to make it my mission to let as many people as possible know what a HORRIBLE company this is. And if we had any grounds for legal action against these [non-permissible co ntent removed], we would follow through. *Car was purchased approx. 3 weeks ago*Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. by clemtownbob on 02/09/2016Bob Deveaux in the last week After viewing Royal Oak Ford's online inventory, I called and talked with Salesperson Mike Mallory And get this he said sure we can do that, come on down. Now I'll fill you in they all say that… right? Difference is he was telling the truth. With the awesome Ford A plan and all the discounts Royal Oak Ford was able to put together for me, Mike sold me the Sharpest F150 on the lot. I'd been looking for 2015 used trucks but after meeting with Mike and the crew (Steven was a big help with my test drive) I realized A 2016 was within reach for my situation and sure enough we got it done. I'm a Long time credit union member and Steve at Royal Oak Ford was able to get me a better interest rate On my loan then my own Bank💰 thanks big money! This is my first experience at Royal Oak Ford and what I can tell you is Mike and the big Boss also a Mike Stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I had all I needed to make an informed decision and This last Monday I drove home in the best selling Truck ever made. Looking forward to seeing the crew At Royal Oak Ford in the future and bragging about the deal they gave me. When I got to the dealership Lawrence Young was right there to pull up the truck in question and I was… driving it with in minutes. Lawrence answered all my questions. This was a Saturday, I made my decision to buy Monday and had the truck within a few hours. I credit Lawrence for all his help to get this done. There was no pressure from Lawrence, he was there to help me. I am very happy with my purchase. It was the color I wanted. Everyday I look outside and see MY truck, the exact one I wanted. Loving My 2015 Ford Flex SEL
by LeeScott8191 on 11/24/2015Although a difficult decision, I just turned in my 2009 Jeep Commander Sport for a 2015 Ford Flex SEL. I definitely had to stay with the 3 row bench seating, for the kids of course. I tested the 2015 Ford Explorer XLT and loved the drive.… However, the 3rd row on the Explorer was way too tight for even my little ones. So, I went with the Flex.....I'm loving the way that the Flex drives. It's a very comfortable cabin and I'm even saving a lot on gas as it rides much lower than my prior Jeep. Loving the very smooth drive. If you're planning a purchase....Make sure to visit Cathy Mason and Lawrence Young at Royal Oak Ford. I had a 2013 Ford Focus which I ended up trading to a 2015 Ford Fusion. While I enjoyed the fuel savings of the… focus, I wanted to try a little larger of a sedan. So far I've been more than happy with the two Ford's I've had in my possession. When I returned my focus I had to extend my lease, there were no hassles. They made it easy to view there inventory and hussled to have cars ready for me to test drive. There were no pressure sales and Paul and his Father worked hard to get me what I was looking for, at the right price.
