I was shopping around and decided on a Chevy Traverse. Nicole contacted… me via email and was SUPER helpful from the time I started looking through the time to purchase. She made the whole process so easy and was always happy to help even when I wanted to change features, down payments and go from a purchase vs lease. Josh was also SUPER helpful and friendly when I went in to sign the documents. He also was happy to help with my questions and changes. Hats off to Nicole and Josh for the awesome customer service! Terrible service!!! Avoid.
by Liz G on 06/24/2022Got my oil changed there on 6/21/22. Very unprofessional - it’s not the same educated people as it was before. Workers standing around, no explanations and try to talk you into services not needed (no surprise there). Anyways, they… installed my oil filter too much and it cracked the housing. Now I have to take it to a shop for an $800-$1500.00 repair because they didn’t know how to install a filter. No issues before the oil change and since the oil change I have pools of oil under the van and have to continuously add oil. No response from the message I left the service department regarding this issue. Go elsewhere! It will be worth it to have anyone else do your oil change, NOT this place.Liz, we appreciate learning about your recent service with us.
