Love our new Fusion

I wanted to keep it a secret and give it as a Christmas gift, and he made that all possible by having… things ready for me as I flew in and out of the dealership several times trying to keep it all a secret as I would say I'm going to the store haha. Recall repair work Ford Fusion
by achadwic on 11/30/2015I have always brought my vehicles to Briarwood ford for service. The renovated facility is customer friendly and associates always ready and willing to help. My Fusion was in for a scheduled repair for recall notices and oil change service.… My vehicle was completed when promised. Briarwood Ford had a car I could rent for the day so I could get to my meetings at work. Staff are ready and available at their stations to ease a quick check in and check out process. As a busy professional it it a juggle to get vehicles in for service. Knowing that Briarwood Ford takes this into consideration will influence my next vehicle purchase.recall on my escape

They connected me with the right sales person to fit my personality and it was a great experience!! Mark knew what types of things were important to me, got me a fantastic deal, and made the whole process straight forward, and totally transparent. I was NOT expecting that at a car dealership!! I've made a connection I hope to foster in the future, and certainly will be going back once my lease is up for another Ford! I received very good service from the Quicklane Oil Change guys who are excellent listeners and helpful. They take time to hear what I'm saying and then take care of the issue.… The car repairs are so frequent though, I'm disappointed with the Flex.satisfied customer

I was called today to let me know… parts were in and I have return appointment already set up. They offered me a loaner vehicle but we will not need it.Our Staff work hard to ensure the quality of care we put into everything we do!
