    Check in was very quick, customer wait area very nice with room for laptop work area, had requested rear break pads be checked- mechanic showed me condition of pads and how I could monitor wear by watch break fluid level. work was completed in a timely manner.

    Brittany Danna stood up and greeted me at the entrance of the showroom, she was upfront and personal. I could tell she had my best interests at heart, almost as if a mind reader the very first vehicle she presented, I took for a ride and made it my own. I love it!! She worked out the figures like magic near enough to where I wanted to be, and the rest is history. I would highly recommend her and, who knows, maybe the next vehicle will be her sale, too! Thanks GM! Love doing business with you = wish all my sales experiences were this easy!! Thanks, again.

    Dealer visit for oil change service- was in and out quickly, courteous, top notch service.. washed the care also and price was right too at only $12.99 ($14.83 including fees and tax). Happy customer!

    The sales person was very informative, professional and willing to help me to make my decision towards a new vehicle. Saleperson went up and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns, and had a very pleasant attitude. I am currently leasing two autos from chevy serra for the fact that their service and prices were outstanding from the rest!

    I was working with Mike on my 2003 Chevrolet mailbu and when it was worse than expected as far as what needed to be fixed he got me in touch with Andy. Andy went above and beyond to try and find a vehicle within my budget. Because I live near Det the insurance was in some cases is two and three times as high as the notes we we looking at which was/is very discouraging but Andy even called around to see if he could lessen the blow. I appreciate both of them immensely and it means a lot that they will go through the trouble to try and help me. They both have made this a great experience for me Mike explaining what needed to be repaired in a way I could understand and Andy with helping me find something so that I don't have to rent a car another week:) I work in customer service, I always try to give those who I am helping the best part of me and it's really nice to be on the receiving end of that for once.     I have a diesel Cruze that I very happily leased from Bob Bence. As I've brought it in for service, it seems that your service department is very unfamiliar with my vehicle. When my "exhaust fluid" was completely depleted (I didn't actually know what it was since I've never had a diesel) there were about four service guys trying to figure out where the fluid needed to be added - I had no idea, but why would I?! It was in the trunk! Then, this past week, I took my car in for it's next oil change/service. They told me that "somebody" who did my last oil change (it was Serra) stripped the oil cap and one would need to be ordered because it wasn't in stock. No problem with that, actually, but the dealership does not seem equipped to service diesel vehicles. I like my diesel Cruze - the 35 mpg that I've been getting with all city driving is great! I am NOT at all dissatisfied with my car, but a little disappointed that my service appointments have taken many days longer than expected. Thanks for letting me share my experience. Kathi Askins

    C J Jacobs and Nick Moceri were very attentive to my needs. The vehicle was ready for us to test drive. Nick was very professional in handling our purchase. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Serra. We would highly recommend Serra to our friends. Both C J and Nick made buying our new vehicle very easy. Nick answered all of our questions. Every sales staff member were encountered were pleasant and offered assistance.

    I went in with the idea that I wasn't leaving without getting our daughter a car, and I left with getting our daughter a car. James was wonderful to us and we were so pleased with the outcome. I would recommend working with hime to anybody looking for a car.

    I came in for an oil change and the lead person Mike in that department was very helpful and gave me a detailed breakdown of everything that I need done to my vehicle.

    When I went to Serra Chevrolet, I really was'nt ready to buy, but just looking and pricing. Your salesman David Samuels greeted me very friendly, and gave me a great deal on a Malabu and on a trade in on my Ford 500. Thank again Marv Myers

    Since I had an appointment, the drop off only took about 2 minutes. And within 5 minutes, the van was available to take me to my meeting. My car was ready within an hour of my return to the dealership. Everything had been done and I had a clean car (For a few mies at least). The only thing I wish, is that when the car was parked outside, it would have been locked. Since I have the key, it is no problem for me to get in. But anyone in the lot could have stolen something out of the car while it was parked there.
