You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got friendly people who didn't try to “push” anything on me. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re… accommodating. That was my experience with Sian and Katie. I highly recommend Serra Chevy in Southfield if you are looking for a vehicle and will definitely go back when I'm in the market again.

She had just purchased a Equinox from him and told me he was the best,… and she was right! He took the time to patiently explain my options. I appreciated that he kept my budget and best interests in mind through the whole process which helped keep my peace of mind. She was quick to respond to all my questions… which allowed me to get through my work day without phone call interruptions. Kellie's honesty and integrity has given me complete faith and confidence in referring my daughter to her for her first "new" car. by NRS14340 on 08/14/2014The dealership and employees were very accommodating, especially in getting me a loaner. But if I had not asked, I would not have known that I had new keys. They forgot to tell me. Just like the last time I brought the car in on a recall,… they forgot to tell me I had new keys and I ended up getting stranded at night because the car wouldn't start with my extra key. I ended up having the car towed and lost a day of my time, not to mention inconveniencing friends on a very snowy night. But I have to tell you that I am very upset at GM. It should never have taken 8 weeks to get the parts. This was a repeat recall, and I'm hoping the steering column will not lock up any more (It has locked up 5 or 6 times since I had the previous recall work done). It should never have taken that long to get the parts.2014 Chevy Equinox

Serra completed the work in the estimated time and called me at home when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I carefully inspected the work that was done from… underneath the car (at home), and am satisfied the repair was done correctly. My only complaint is the technician did not retain the replaced part for my inspection. I thought this was standard protocol. Seems easy enough for a technician to tag the part and ask the customer if they are interested in seeing it.Butler-2014Volt

With one phone call to Bob B, my sales advisor, I had the Terrain in for reapirs and a courtesy car waiting for me when I arrived. Bob coordinated all details with the body shop, courtesy… car and my insurance adjuster. Side note: I had one lease payment left on my Terrain. Bob was able to find me a similar equiped Equinox - locating ALL available rebates to get my payment to what I was paying on my Terrain!
