    2015 Lincoln MKX, 6-month checkup, first oil change and tire rotation. We're visiting CREST because we purchased car in Sarasota, Fl. but aren't back there yet. Greeting process at CREST is excellent; fast writeup and got car into service bays. Waiting room very clean, well-provided, comfortable, and a pleasant short wait for the news that our car was done----and freshly washed. Sales and Service personnel very attentive and courtous.

    I ordered a 2016 Lincoln MKX and the dealer went out of their way to keep me updated on its progress and eventual arrival. Delivery was an amazing experience with the car prepped and ready to go with my home address already entered into the Navigation system, very nice touch! The dealership is first rate and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is just one of the many perks of being a Crest Lincoln customer. I'm an experienced Lincoln owner and I thought I knew everything about the car before I bought it but I found out even more during the delivery walkthrough. As always, I look forward to buying my next car from Crest.

    I had phoned your dealership to ask about leasing one of the Lincoln's you had left outside after hours. I was put in touch with a young woman named Shannon Orlando and the ball just started moving forward from there. She had the answer to every question I had and more! She really knows every inch of her product. She made everything happen smoothly, politely and efficently! Since I was at work when I phoned I had asked for the information she had given me to be faxed to my office to look over. It was there in a matter of minutes with everything spelled out for me. When I arrived at the dealership with my wife she had all the paperwork required, including insurance and plates ready and her finance manager standing by. The car was immaculate, and she went over each option on the car with us, explained how they functioned and had everything preset for us. She even synced our phones. My wife and I had worked at a Ford Dealership back in the 70's so we know that every sales person is not as prepared or well versed. She was so very friendly, helpful and professional we would recommend her to anyone we met who was seeking to lease or buy a Lincoln! We have been in the people business for many, many years and have seen customer service slowly deteriorating and this young woman has brought it back to where it belongs. To us she went above and beyond what was required of her, so thank you for having such a dedicated employee and making this experience so positive! What ever her pay scale she deserves more.

    I have a history with Lincoln, this is my 3rd one. This is the first time going to Crest Lincoln. Everyone was so helpful and courteous to me. I was driving away in my 2016 MKZ.

    When I first walked into the dealership, there was no one to greet me even though there were two associates walking by. I stood there for like 5 minutes and felt kind the awkward. But then a young man asked who I came to see. I told him that I have an appointment with Kim Grimes, so he led me to Dino. I like the way Dino quoted me the price of my new MKZ. He offered incentives that I didn't even think they exist like family plans and switching brand from Toyota/Lexus to Lincoln. I want to thank Lucia for finding me the car that I wanted and kept it exclusive just for me for three weeks. I know that no one has driven my car before because the mileage remained the same since I last saw it. It came with a full tank of gas, clean and polished ready to go. She also offered me and my daughter drink without asking us if we want it or not. It's a polite thing to do in asian culture when you offer something to someone, you just don't ask. If you ask it means you're not willing to give. She also shown me how to operate the vehicle for the things that I was not familiar of and I'm greatly appreciated for the bottle of wine. It made my day. Despite of the unwelcome experience at the beginning, I am fully satisfy with the way the dealership handled the purchasing of my new MKZ.

    The Service Department at Crest Lincoln is usually outstanding, and my experience last week was no exception. The employees communicate very well, the options and costs are explained thoroughly, the work is performed promptly and professionally, and the vehicle is returned in very clean condition. Well done!

    My husband and I also stopped by Crest Lincoln Mercury dealer to lease a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. We talked to JOY PERRY, new car sales. We WOULD NOT recommend her. She was rude, had a terrrible attitude, and had limited knowledge about their inventory. She made a few inapporiate comments as well. We walked out of their dealership and ended up leasing from another one.

    My husband and I went to Crest Lincoln Mercury to lease a 2008 Lincoln MKZ on Saturday, June 28. After test driving the desired vehicle, our sales consultant, Joy Perry, worked up a deal that was accepted by us and the sales manager. An out-the-door- price was quoted and an appointment to take delivery on the vehicle was made for the following Monday, June 30, at 4:30pm. We received a call from our sales consultant at approximately 12:00 on Monday, June 30, with the news that she had accidentally calculated the lease mileage for 10,500 miles, not the 12,000 miles that we agreed upon during our previous meeting. She was, however, able to grant us the 12,000 miles at a slight increase of our agreed upon price. We accepted the increase and arrived promptly at 4:30 to take delivery of our new vehicle. As we proceeded to sign the paperwork, we were told that our monthly payment had risen $30 due to a sales tax that was never quoted in our out-the -door price. An out-the-door price meaning that all taxes and fees are included in the agreed upon price. Crest Lincoln Mercury, the Sales Manager, nor Joy Perry, the sales consultant made any attempt to offer a solution to the discrepancy in the pricing of the monthly lease payment. The deal became null and void when we expressed our dissatisfaction with sudden increase in price from the actual price we were quoted and agreed upon. Due to the lack of customer service from all parties involved with Crest Lincoln Mercury, we are not recommending them for any Lincoln and Mercury purchases in the future.
    • I leased a 2007 Lincoln MKZ from Crest and had no problems what so ever. My sales consultant also was Joy Perry and we were very satisfied with our lease. The dealership also threw in a free rear spoiler. I've had my car serviced there and am very pleased with their service department. In fact I started taking my other vehicle there for service.

  • Worse than Pathetic

    Worse than pathetic is how I would explain this dealership. The managers here have done nothing but lie and attempt to mislead me in order to get more money out of me and my insurance company. I had body work and mechanical work done to my car here and have had major issues with both. I won't go into all of the details because it is too much to list but I will tell you the results. My car is still there after over a month of work for minor damage and repairs. They were not able to successfully repair the mechanical issues and I ended up putting the old part back in so that I can take it to a real mechanic. When I went to pick up the car there were red gouges all over the passanger door and a 2 inch hole in my leather passanger seat!! Crest has denied responsibliy for both with the explaination that they were never in that seat but the fuse box is located under that seat and the panel cover was off and sitting on the floorboard. I am going to have to sue them for damages. Beware of this place, the customer service is merely a cover to get their hands into your pocket and I have yet to find an honest soul in this place. My car is worse off now than when I brought it in 6 weeks ago.

    I was searching for an MKZ for months. I wasnt in a rush so I really took my time going to various Lincoln dealerships. I sat down with the salesman Roger T.... He listened to exactly what I wanted (not common) and made it happen. He was very polite & respectful. Weeks later I checked other MKZ deals (I am a stickler) and still didn't find one that Roger was able to give me. I sent family and friends to him and they were all satisfied (4 sales off my recommendations) This guy gets it! The better you treat your customers the more referrals. Thanks Rog you are the man!

  • Decent... but plenty of room for improvement!

    Replaced my trans and did not properly align steering, had to take the car back for adjustment. Replaced my radio and did not install flush/square, the top of the radio proturded from the dash and the bottom was recessed. Service staff not the most attentive.
  • Do not go to Crest for service!

    Avoid Crest Lincoln at all costs! Not only is the service manager rude (as other reviews attest to), the service advisor is worse. He is extremely condescending; and good luck on finishing a sentence as he interrupts you constantly. I actually called him out on it and he didn't care. Any problems you have with their service to your car will be turned around so that it's your fault. I had such a lack of confidence with their service that I took my car to another Ford mechanic to have checked out. Sure enough, he found a problem in how they put the engine cover on (was pinching the radiator hose) and Crest said I had a transmission fluid leak (wanted $510 to fix) - guess what? - NO fluid leaks anywhere. Find another Lincoln dealer!!
