by Bill K on 08/29/2025Excellent dealership. Owner Pat Francis and his team are the best. We just took delivery of a new Traverse. Have purchased or leased at least 13 or 14 new vehicles since about 1994, so our customer loyalty speaks for itself. The service… department is great, too. Always prompt and efficient. As for the 2026 Traverse (RS), the only complaint we have traces back not to the dealer but probably to our government, which apparently dictated a four-cylinder turbo engine. Would have preferred a six-cylinder, but again, that probably traces back to government mandates and perhaps GM execs as well. Otherwise, terrific vehicle! We live 65 miles from the dealership. It's well worth the distance to buy cars there. In some instances (for service), Country Chev has offered to come get our vehicle and return it to us, saving us a trip.Thank you so much for your fantastic review, Bill! He has always been so helpful selecting the best vehicle for us and keeping us informed on status of ordered accessories, plates, etc.… Country Chevrolet seems to have that family atmosphere, everyone is polite and helps other staff no matter their title. Also, the accounting person that changed my invoice to reflect my GM Rewards, was amazing too. I have to say that everyone at Country Chevrolet has superior Customer Service skills. What you want to hear are answers to questions you want answered that are important to you.… Too many sales are lost because the salesman talks too much about topics that are really not important to the buyer. My salesman Matt stayed on topic for my benefit, not his. When we got done with the preliminaries, test drive, final pricing we were done and ready to write it up. Clean, quick and easy. Like spending an hour with an old friend. And I never felt like I was being sold!Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Scott! From the moment I walked in, Matt went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for- even… opening doors for me and my passenger princess! He had confidence (despite my sweaty palms and his zero knowledge in my driving capabilities), allowed me to maneuver my new vehicle off the showroom floor. With the perfect blend of patience and encouragement, and his lovely door assistant “airport directed” me out safely-a moment I’ll never forget. The real adventure began on the test drive-Matt encouraged me to truly experience what the engine could do. Let me just say, in all my years, I’ve never squawked the tires-until today with Matt and my daughter in the car! That thrill, that moment is something I’ll carry with me far beyond the dealership. Even my furry companion was treated like royalty! While we handled paperwork, Matt and team made sure Ru had access to treats and water, which touched my heart and showed me just how much they care about every part of the customer’s experience.
