    Nick V was our salesperson throughout the entire process. Professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The process of working with one person lessens the anxiety you sometimes feel when moving from one department to the next and meeting with someone new while purchasing a car. We also met other co-workers in passing that day, nice group! Thanks Nick and Walser, we'll be back!

    My daughter and I went to this dealership to buy her first new car. I was extremely please with them. The salesperson, Steve, took his time and explained everything to her. He carefully examined her needs and went over buying vs. leasing. In the end, she leased a new Elantra and couldn't be happier.

    My husband, myself and our 19 year old daughter had the wonderful pleasure working with Nick! He was professional and very personable as well! We have looked the past two weeks for another Jeep Liberty as our daughter was driving a 2003 handed down by her two older brothers.....SO she knew she wanted Jeep #2!! We went back to Walser several times to make sure that she wanted this beautiful silver Jeep and that everything was working satisfactory and Walser Hyundai and Nick definitely came through for us! She is overjoyed with her 'new' Jeep as she bought it herself, a high school graduation gift with a little help from her parents!! Thank You Nick! We will be sending our family and friends to Nick and Walser!

    I loved the entire experience at Walser Hyundai. This was my first time buying a car (mid-twenties young professional) and so I'd been to a few different dealerships exploring my options. Walser was by far the most friendly and helpful. I loved that they had someone take the test drive with you, so you knew where you were going, and to explain the features of the car. I loved that their agents aren't commission-based, so they calmly walk you through all your options and let you make a decision. I especially loved that their pricing was transparent and never changed from the original quote. And they were great about helping me to get the amenities and protection I wanted, while staying in my budget..... in fact, I came in under budget! So many other salespeople wrote me off for being a young female, but I can tell you that the agents at Walser never did, and now they've gained a customer with a lot of year of purchasing power ahead of her. I would definitely recommend this dealership, because of the amazing service and stress-free experience.

    Since I had previously leased and then purchased an Elantra from this dealer before, I felt comfortable in purchasing another one from them. A few weeks after this second purchase, I came to realize that this vehicle had a serious mold problem. I brought it to the attention of the New Car Manager, Roman Kosovan. He never had the car checked out but informed that he would contact the district supervisor and get back to me. He later had my salesman contact me to inform me that they were not willing to do anything about the problem. I did not want to back out of the agreement but did request an exchange. They refused. The mold problem was bothering me so much that I could not continue to drive the vehicle. Without much choice, I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and handed them the keys. They still offered me nothing. At this point, I needed a car to drive and without any offering of help from Walser, I went and purchased a vehicle from a competitor. Later, I was finally able to get in touch with someone (Chad) at Walser corporate offices. At that point Roman Kosovan covered his rear by claiming he had offered to exchange the vehicle right from the start. Chad believed him over me ( I'm just some lunatic customer) and refused to let me off the hook for the car. The fact that I had previously leased and then purchased an Elantra from them before without any problems or complaints meant nothing. They seemed more interested in minimizing any hits to their bottom line rather than help out a customer (even one whom they had built a relationship with). Stay away from these people. They are arrogant and insincere.

    Everyone was so friendly and I got a beautiful car at a great price! Courtney and Jason were really patient and answered all of our questions-it was a great experience!

    My husband and I did a lot of research online so when we came in we knew what we wanted. Ashley was very helpful and the test drive sold me. It was a quick process and very professional--not pushy at all. We will be returning to purchase our future cars from this dealer.

    Thank you Rhett, You have been the best Car sales person I've ever dealt with , I know I came in knowing what I wanted and you listened, most of all you understood were I was coming from. You did all you could for us and that is what sell cars, You made me feel very good about bring our sale to Walser. Wish you many good sales, and I will recommend you ( and Walser ) to anyone!     I was the epitome of the reluctant car buyer, I had my beloved car for 7 years when it started making engine noise and due to my 70 mile commute everday I knew the time had come for something more reliable. I visited a couple dealerships and was disturbed to discover that there are still salesmen out there that assume that any woman that steps through their door is a stay at home soccer mom looking for grocery getters and minivans, guess what fellas, we work outside the home now and even have college degrees! Needless to say, I had quite a bad taste in my mouth when I stepped into Walser Hyundai. When my salesman, Andy Swanson approached me I thought I was going to get more of the same treatment. I couldn't have been more wrong. Andy treated me with the utmost respect and took the time to listen to my needs and took me right to the car I was looking for and suggested I take it the next day to and from work to give it a good workout to make sure it's exactly what I wanted. I fell in love with the car and made my purchase. Throughout the entire process Andy was helpful, courteous, respectful, and made me laugh! The whole experience at Walser Hyundai was more than I could have ever expected and I will be a customer for life!

My wife and I love our Sonata and we would like to thank Andy for telling us to upgrade the vehicle.     Friendly salesman, complete information on vehicle and options, EXCELLENT pricing and incentives (I served in the Army over 40 years ago and Hyundai offers veteran discounts that US makes don't), discounts on gas, free car washes - hey! You're nuts if you don't check out these people and the incredible Hyundai line. Financing at great rates, huge inventory - there is nothing that these folks don't offer. Did I mention the best car warranty in the business? I may sound like I work for Walser but I am a real customer who couldn't be more pleased with my new car and the experience at Walser Hyundai. If you're used to crappy service and attitudes, stop by Walser and see how professionals do business. Mike McCardle New Hyundai Elantra

    By far the best dealership I've dealt with. I already had an idea of what I intended to buy, and Steven approached and offered a test drive right away. I also worked with Ricky who dealt with the trade in process. I love the way this dealership does business. When I bought my last new car at another dealer, I was pushed from one salesman to another, then to finance, then to someone selling me service contracts, etc. etc. for a good 3 hours. Here, I dealt with the same person from start to finish. Best of all, they understand the word "No." Nobody attempted to persuade me into buying anything I didn't want. All in all, highly recommended.

    I had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions about the car, the warranty and gave me a several different financing options and explained them all in plain English. I appreciated that there was no pressure and that the price was set. Thank you to Frank and the staff for a great experience. I would recommend Walser Hyundai to anyone that was looking for a vehicle.

    The salesperson and finance person made the car buying experience very favorable. Both of them explained and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. Would definitely visit again if purchasing another Hyundai.

    I have been looking at a new car for the last year. I had a working vehicle and no immediate pressure to replace it, but was exploring the market during that time to identify the ideal vehicle for my needs. I had visited Walser Hyundai twice, once about 3 months before to look at the cars available. The second time was when Hyundai had a promotional event, where I had gone just to see if the price would be 'right' for my opportunity. The staff was very helpful, without pressuring for the sale, and informative. While the sales person didn't have all of the answers to my (sometime overly detailed) questions, they investigated each question and provided me the answers to all of my queries. In the end, I was exceptionally satisfied with the Sonata Hybrid that I chose, the available financing that was identified by their financing department, and their overall performance in the sales process.

    Just purchased a beautiful 2011 Hyundai Sonata!!!!! The sales experience at Walser Hyundai was fantastic. Rhett did a great job explaining all the features and did not push me into a more expensive option (although the more expensive option was pretty cool!) The staff was friendly and the environment there was fun! Once I said yes to the car; the Walser crew was very efficient on getting paper work ready and me on my way! When done, the car was clean and ready to go!

    My experience with Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was extremely satisfying, not only did I get the car I wanted at a great price, I got the opportunity to browse a multitude of options. This allowed me to compare and make an informed decision, assisted, (not pressured) by the sales staff, specifically Ryan M. who proved to be knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. The 2013 Veloster which I purchased was at a price about 10% lower than the prices of any competitors. After deciding on the car I wanted I was offered and educated multiple upgrades, several of which I elected to purchase, which, had they not been explained properly I would have never thought to add. I would highly recommend this dealership and their customer service staff, especially Ryan M., to friends, family, and just about anyone in the market for a new (or used) car.

    I generally hate all car dealers, so I'm amazed I'm actually giving a good review for one. Rhett Dressel at Walser Hyundai was the best car salesman I ever worked with. He talks to you like you are a human being, he doesn't give the whole salesman pitch with all of the typical clichés (I can't stand that crap). I worked with roughly 6 different salesman while I was shopping around for my new car. I hated 4 of them (typical A-holes, Luther was the worst), one was good but the price was too high (at Morries) and the last one was Rhett at Walser. I ended up buying from Rhett since he had the lowest price and was the best to work with. Almost all of the Hyundai dealerships in the Twin Cities don't allow for haggling, so you can pretty much price them all in a day, pick the one with the lowest price and hope you don't end up with a sales person who is a cocky grease-ball. I highly recommend going with Rhett if you want to avoid getting stuck talking to a typical car salesman. Rhett mentioned that he also sells all other car manufacturers as well (not just Hyundai's) so it might be worth talking with him even if you are in the market for a different brand. He has been selling cars for the last 10 years and I'm hoping he stays in the profession so I can work with him when I need to buy my next car.

    I was extreamly pleased with the service this company and Ryan M., Brycen E., and Mike M. has provided. The sales team went out of there way to find the car that I wanted, get the finacing that I needed and also did all the foot work so all I had to do was walk in sign some papers and WHAM!!! I was a new Hyundai owner again. Thanks again for your service!!!
