Bad Communication
by C H on 03/02/2022I had been in contact with the sales rep about trading my vehicle and the price of a new vehicle, he emailed numbers along with some incentives. However, when we got there, the price he quoted me was different than what he was presenting… to me when we were there. He also, had a different price for my trade-in! There was also supposed to be a GM incentive that he quoted me 2 days prior and turned out that was not valid anymore either. Needless to say we were very frustrated with our experience! by GM_Driver on 12/10/2020Their website advertises a lifetime power-train warranty on new vehicles; however, after making the "deal" to purchase (with a trade-in), I learned that you are required to finance (i.e., take out a loan) to obtain this warranty. Once… aware of this, you can (eventually) find this requirement on their website if you search for more details of the warranty. It would be desired to have this requirement more conspicuous.We appreciate you leaving this honest feedback about your experience. Very easy and relaxed
by Sam_T123 on 04/20/2019I saw a car online at this dealership for a little above the price I wanted to pay. I called in and asked if they would be able to come down to my price. I was told by my salesperson that he was going to talk to the manager and see what… they could do. I figured they wouldn't hardly budge at all. When I got the call back they agreed to come down to my price. I went in the next day and bought it. I was surprised how quick and easy this buying process was. They actually took my offer into consideration and didn't just ignore my offer. My salesmen Rich, was very kind and humorous and made me feel welcome with no pressure. colorado transmission problems

I would not step into your dealership again. They way I was treated by your manager Mike koskinen and by Chevrolet customer care. I will never again buy a GM product.

The courteous and very knowledgeable staff went out of there way to ensure that we were comfortable with the entire process; we actually… felt like they had our best interest in mind from start to finish. Joseph, our sales representative, had to of spent at least a half an hour after the sale with us going over everything that the truck we purchased had to offer in an effort to ensure that we understood how to get the most out of the accessories that came with the vehicle.
