by Vehicleowner on 04/20/2025Gm appt system needs work. Online check in doesn’t mean checked in. Waited 30 mins until I approached staff and found the online check in doesn’t do anything or alert them. As I said before, on hub scratched, and tires inflated improperly… for my vehicle. At least in this case it was within tire spec, but not vehicle spec. Asked about a noise and was told initially they would check. Pick up I was told auto issues are beyond their scope. End of discussion. Would’ve been nice to have a person or department to reach out to to get it figured out.Extra Keys

by vernms13 on 09/03/2024I was met at main entrance by Tony Vo. after a brief talk, I explained I was looking for a truck like my ford F-150. he said they had several I could look at and test drive. we got the keys and walked out to see the selection of trucks. we… talked about the basic truck and the many upgrades. Tony was easy to talk to with no pressure. We did a test drive in a red truck, I asked to drive a black truck tony said no problem and got the keys for our drive. again, no pressure from tony. we talked some more and then I had to go. I explained I had other trucks to look at and he said no problem come back later we can talk some more. about 4 hrs. later I called Tony and went back and looked over the other trucks on the lot. tony was not pushy and helped a lot explaining different items on each truck. we found a truck that fit my needs. I spent the next 2 hrs. filling out paperwork and walked out happy with a new Silverado 1500 crew cab. Tony was the best salesman I delt with that day. If it was not for Tony's no pushy salesmanship I would not of bought the truck today. to tell the truth I had a lot of pushy salesman that day and was sick of talking to salesman but Tony was different and was the reason I bought this truck. The recommended tire pressures for the front and rear tires are different but the person rotating the tires did not inflate/deflate the tires to the recommended pressures. Friendly Chevrolet was always on top of giving us updates throughout the order/build… process, and we were never treated like just another sale; we felt like valued customers. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, living up to the dealership's name! Another shout-out to Davey in particular -- We felt completely confident in our purchase and choice of vehicle/vehicle options after working with him, and would 10/10 recommend.

Unfriendly checkin clerk
by Joe.Att on 03/28/2023I arrived 10 minutes late - there were 3 cars in front of me so by the time I waited to get in I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The clerk said she couldn’t accept me in the appointment line so after waiting there she made me go… back out and wait in the no appointment line - understandable. An hour and a half later she didn’t send anyone to help and the appointment line was empty for about 45 minutes after that. She was extremely unhelpful when I went back in all she said was you were late so you have to wait. After that I spoke to one of the mechanics who helped me get my oil changed and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I usually go to Brooklyn Park for service I chose this dealership since it is closer to home but unfortunately will never go back it was a waste of my time and energy.We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
