    They will do anything to help you find your vehicle. The Honda factory kept pushing back our delivery date. And Lee kept me informed. And was always available to talk to try and figure out what to do. I really needed a car, it was a… necessity. . Lee and the Sales Manager were very helpful.

    I stopped late on a Thursday evening. Vincent gave me an appointment for Saturday morning to fix my electronics in my driver’s side window. I showed up for my appointment, and was in and out in a little over an hour. During my stay all… employees were very friendly and congenial. Great service!

    Went for a oil change and had the opportunity of meeting Service Consultant Inekia Johnson. She did an awesome job of getting my car serviced and keeping me informed. Service Technician J. Pate did a multi-point inspection which turned out… great and I only needed the oil change. I think that’s because I continue having my car checked and serviced through Pat Peck Honda. I even had the pleasure of seeing my salesman Lee Morgan, who just happens to be one of the nicest individuals you could ever meet. So I can positively state it was a good experience at Pat Peck Honda today even with the rain storm!!

    Good service, pleasant and courteous staff, but longer waiting time than expected! They took my vehicle as soon as I arrived at scheduled appointment, but what was quoted to take 1 hr ended up to be a little more than 2 hrs.

  • Wasn’t shocked and awed

    I was happy with the price but wasn’t wowed on the customer service or financing department. My saleswoman did come pick me up over an hour but once we got into finance I was told that she knew that they were not going to be able to offer… me the financing terms we had discussed. We just bought my daughter a Toyota Camry SE at Palmers Superstore of Mobile and they went above and beyond! She has a free 4 year/45K mile FREE maintenance package, the salesman went over every bell and whistle in the car, explained our warranty, helped her set up the Toyota app, and even gave her a lightning cable to connect the CarPlay.

    A great dealership, I’ve purchased two vehicles in the past 5 years from them and they have always been very accommodating and fair. They’re willing to work with you and it’s obvious they are not trying to rip you off, they truly have… integrity. Katrina was my salesperson this last time and she was truly fantastic, she was patient and kind and got me a great deal and a great car. Pat Peck Honda is special dealership, I couldn’t recommend a better place to purchase a vehicle!

    I’m sure other car salesmen do their job, but ours, Mr. Lee Morgan made it painless. He had actually sold my wife an Accord before we got married. He recognized her immediately when we walked up at the dealership that day. He was so kind… and nice about everything without the pressure. Told him what we were looking for, and he let us test drive it. Afterwards, I told him what I was looking to offer. It wasn’t the 25 times back and forth offer/counteroffer that I had experienced at another dealership that shall remain nameless, Lol. He got us a fair price for the Pilot we wanted, and the next day we came and signed the paperwork. Throughout the test drive he explained the features of the car, and all the new things it offered. He did tell us about the things the other styles of Pilots offered too, but we were pretty set on that particular one. Same thing when we signed the papers. He went over the details from the road side assistance all the way to the key fobs and owners manual. ……even going so far to help with the Bluetooth phone setup. That’s what I expect out of a dealership and it’s sales staff. And that’s exactly what we got with Mr. Lee. It was almost like buying from a extra kind family member. We got an absolutely beautiful new Pilot Special Edition. I look forward to enjoying it for many years. Thank you so much Mr. Lee!
